JBurns is excellent no matter how you slice the pie! Very midwestern style pizza, sliced in squares, thin crust (similar to Pizza Kings of Indiana, Ohio). They have an excellent cauliflower crust for an upcharge, is worth it as has much more vivid in flavor! They make excellet salads and sandwiches as well. I love the variety. Do not like Pepsi products unfortunately. This spot has expanded outside seating and a lighter interior. Your pies come out quickly. Like the cornmeal crumbs on the bottom of the pizza. Hello dear reader. This is by far one of the best pizza restaurants I've ever had, possibly the best. It's quick, easy, and delicious. The food is always out very quickly and the decoration gives off a coffee shop vibe, the type of place where you could sit for hours talking with friends and doing work. Very calm and tranquil. And coming from a Christian family I love the music they play there, it's great to finally have a restaurant that has nice music. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with anything at anytime. My family loves going here to eat often. It's not crazy price either. I would normally give j burns 5 stars, but the service today was pretty bad. I called in a pickup order about 1hr and 15 minutes before closing. They said it would be 15-20mins. When I got there a little over 20 minutes later they hadn't even started my food because they were busy cleaning. They didn't say anything other than it would be another 7 minutes. I went back to the counter 15 minutes later and my pizza was sitting fully out of the oven with no one paying attention. I had to call them to cut and give me my pizza. I'll give this place a 3.5. I ordered a large pie for pick up. The Order took less than 20 minutes. This was my first time trying this pizza. I had no idea they cut the pie into small rectangle pieces. The Pizza was thin crust and the small pieces did give you more of an appetite. However the crust had a grainy texture which threw it off, almost like seed. I Will return to try something else. read more

The pizza was unlike any other place i have had it. Very crispy and unique options. The place is a nice fast casual place but you can sit and enjoy for an extended period. I got a medium mushroom only pizza today 20.00 I am from Chicago and love thin crust pizza and have owned two pizza places. They dont call it chicago pizza which is good, but they cut in squares normally unless you ask for triangles. It was extremely crunchy and yes it is a Cracker Crust. The sauce was really only canned tomatoe sauce and light Italian seasoning. Was edible. More cheese needed to be added. I did pay 20.00 for this. Normally this size pizza has about 8 ounces on it.
