Just about everything at Bistro326 went well. It wasnt earthshakingly amazing, but it sure beat chain store pizza. The crust to sauce to cheese ratios were good. Our server was attentive and the quaint, small brick walled interior was nostalgic of another world, cosy and almost inviting. The second time we ate at Bistro, we dined al fresco and ate pasta which was amazing! The server did forget our bruschetta but our meal was filling, so it was only the experience that we missed out on. The location on Central is prime for people watching at night if you enjoy that sort of thing. After all, it's Florida and in Winter Haven, we definitely have an eclectic sort to observe. But the other patrons have always been friendly and engaging. Bistro 326 is a wallet friendly, belly filling place worth a second visit or more! read more

This is some of the best pizza around!!! Pasta was served fresh, everything tasted great but the pizza was the star of the show here. Crispy bottom and fluffy crust. This has been one of my favorite pizzas this year! Service was great. Place is small and few tables. Not a good place for a large group. Intimate vibe. read more

The AC is ice cold inside, the pizza is NYC style (thin crust) and we got extra cheese and the supreme which is pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers. Yummy and fun to eat. It was plenty of food. read more

If you don't know where you're going you are going to miss this place! Bistro is located next to Arabella's, a staple in Winter Haven. Fine dining and an amazing menu, Biatro's is next door and sort of a sublet of Arabella's. With the prerequisite brick walls and pizza paddles in the wall Bistro is very small, only 8 tables. But service was quick and awesome and we were well taken care of. We started with drinks, espresso martini and a gin Martini. Both were delivered very quickly and were delicious. We ordered the Pizza Rustica, a white pizza with ham and bacon. It was made pretty quickly. Now I have never had white pizza, so this was new. It was absolutely delicious but since there was no sauce I just wanted to dunk it in marinara, which the server happily brought me. The service was amazing and extremely helpful, even when we were trying to determine the right wine. And the food was amazing. read more

This pizza place is next to Arabella's and owned by the same people. I had been to Arabella's before and really enjoyed it so I thought I would give this place a try and was quite pleased with pizza and side house salad. Definitely recommended! read more

Very yummy pizza! Great sauce and crust. We had a pizza Italia and a pep/pineapple pizza, both were great! The basil and fresh taste from the tomatoes on the pizza Italia were awesome and it was my favorite of the two. There was only a 20 minute wait and the service was nice and fast. They cook the pizza in front of you in a fire oven. A small but clean area inside. Only 15 minutes from legoland. Would recommend! read more

We stopped the other night and got an Italian sub. I should have said something, but I didn't. The sub bread was so hard I could barely bite through it. I put it to the side since we also were getting a pizza. I took the sub home and saved the inner meat and the lettuce etc. We were just tired and didn't want to make a fuss, but honestly it was terrible. I will just go to Subway or a Jersey Mike's if I want a sub. I used to get food there when I was in the pool hall next door, but that was a few years ago. read more

We came to winter haven for LEGOLAND and wanted to visit a local pizza place. Well we were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The pizza was soo good. The dough was soft and cooked to perfection. I haven't had a pizza this good in a long time. The chef is from Italy and mastered pizza making from his home country. So glad we didn't order papa Johns instead. the 16" pizza was enough to feed my family of 4. The garlic knots are delicious as well. Highly recommend eating here for anyone coming to this area. The restaurant is kind of small so it won't be able to accommodate a large group though. read more

Pizza toppings was supreme, fresh, just as you would expect. Great job. I am not one to complain but you need to look at using a lower moisture content Mozzarella cheese. The cheese is more like "bubble gum", by the time I got done chewing on my first piece of Pizza the rest of the Pizza was cold. If someone wanted the cheese browned I don't think you could brown that cheese, without burning your great crust. This is just my opinion from a successful former "Pizza Shop" owner. Also your Pizza sauce was fantastic, you put the proper spices in it, so it has lots of that great "Italian" flavor . Overall GREAT job.. Cute place to grab a Pizza. Sorry I just looked and the style Pizza you are serving is a "Neapolitan style Pizza", if that is the case your cheese is right on target. With that being said , Keep up the great job. Your servers are the best you will find anywhere.. read more

First time eating at Arabella's Bistro Pizza. Very tasty food and good service! We ordred the italian pizza with added Italian sausage...best tasting pizza discovery since we moved here. :) My husband had a side Caesar salad which was delightful, and we also enjoyed the wine choices offered. Excellent pizza place in downtown Winter Haven. Cute little place with old brick walls. The pizza chef is right there making your pizza right in front of you in a stone oven. We had the white pizza with half chicken and garlic throughout. It was fantastic, lots of cheese and I mean lots. Chunks of garlic and a nice thin, but chewy crust. The garlic bread was very good, nice flavor, could of used more garlic, but the bread was moist and not too heavy. The caprese was good also, we had to ask for basil as it was missing. The waitress was great. Had a nice selection of beer on draft and bottles. Good prices. Overall great experience. Quiet, laid back atmosphere. read more

I ordered a 12 inch half bacon/half cheese pizza and the ravioli and meatballs to go. Delicious! The meatballs in the ravioli were the best part, you could tell they are homemade and fresh. I wish there were more of them, it came with only two and they were small. The pizza was good, too. And the prices were decent. read more

Ambience great. Service great. Food extremely overpriced and tasted okay. We had one 16 inch pizza and two sodas. Came to $29.81 and I think I left about $6.00 for a tip. So basically 36 dollars for a meal consisting of a very thin pizza with lots of orange grease and two sodas. Will not be back. Will not pay that much for a mediocre meal. read more

Went here with some friends ( a party of 4 adults) and we had 2 babies. Pizza was ok, not much to the toppings. The garlic knots were large and fresh but could have had more flavor. My biggest gripe was the waitress automatically charged us 20% for tip. Said it was because we were more than a party of 5.... Really? The babies who didn't order and didn't eat were accounted for? The sad part is, I would have given her more than 20% tip but felt so cheated. Tips should be in part reflected on the kind of service you received, and I get it for very large parties 8+, not a 6 month old baby and a 11 month year old. read more

This is the best pizza joint I've found yet in winter haven. The place is always packed and the pizza is excellent. First time I've had the garlic knots and I was surprised that they were made fresh when we ordered them. It is a small establishment so order early get takeaway whatever it takes to try their pizza. You won't be disappointed. read more

Started calling to put in a to-go order at 8:26. No one picked up. Called for roughly a half hourGave up 20 minutes later and walked to the pizza place myself. "We don't take to go orders past 8:30." Cool. I called before 8:30. There's no good reason to not even pick up the phone. Great pizza, terrible service. read more

My wife and I went to Bistro with the highest expectations of getting a truly great pizza. After all, they use an authentic brick oven. Plus, there were many favorable reviews regarding their pizza. Our experience came away with 2 facts. 1. Just because a reviewer gives the pizza a good review doesn't mean that the reviewer knows what good pizza is supposed to taste like. 2. The pizza was terrible. The crust didn't have the chewiness that is a must for great pizza. On the plus side, the garlic knots were very good. For us, Bistro Pizza is a one and done. read more

We were passing through town on the way home from a Fossil Funatics tour, and stopped here because we love pizza and the Yelp reviews looked good. Oh, wow, it was GREAT! We started with the Caprese Salad as an appetizer, and got a traditional "Italia" pizza (margherita) with a couple extra toppings. The Caprese salad was delicious! The cheese was so fresh and perfect. The pizza...we enjoyed immensely. The crust was absolutely perfect! We finished with Tiramisu, and that was a fantastic experience all by itself. It was like eating a bite out of a cloud! I am hoping we take more trips through Winter Haven, because we want to visit this place again! This family-owned casual pizza place would be one of our favorites if we lived in Winter Haven. read more

This is my first time here and this is a nice pizza restaurant with a bar, which makes it a very popular meeting place. The pizza was really good, but seating is limited and your neighbors may be extremely close while you are eating. The atmosphere is awesome and if you're able to get a table by the window you can enjoy a view of downtown. A 12" is suitable for two and the garlic knots a biscuit like so don't overeat on them or you won't be able to enjoy your meal. read more

We were seated in the back room for a birthday dinner celebration. The room was extremely dark and we couldn't turn on the other lights because it was connected to the most dustiest ceiling fans that had at least 1/4 of an inch thick of dust. The woman who was coming in and out of the room to pour water in the water glasses had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. I asked her a question about the menu and she very dryly told me "you can't order that unless you are on the other side" then walked away. That's when I was inquiring about the bistro menu. At that point I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat anything there due to their lack of plant based items or even easily adjustable items so I just ate the bruschetta. However when we placed the order for the bruschetta it never came out. So once we asked about it, it was then comped and brought out. Our waiter was very irritated and annoyed it seemed with the large party he had to tend to but his assistant which was a younger more personable guy was way more pleasant to be around. The cost point for the food was beyond the taste and size of the portions. When I asked about kid options, the waiter told me he could have the chef make a kids steak or chicken tenders and fries. It was my mistake for not asking for the price since I assumed it was a kids portion. Granted the tiniest steak did come out I still had to pay over $24 which I would have purchased the regular adult size if that was the case. So some clarity on the menu options for the kids would have been greatly appreciated. I can go on and on about this place but ultimately I would recommend not to go here unless you don't care about customer service or price points. Upon leaving the family event, and getting home I then realized my debit card was never returned to me by our gracious waiter. So once we returned to retrieve the card another day we were greeted with the rudest and most annoyed individuals at the host station. Needless to say we will never ever return.

The lasagna and the hot honey pizza were both flavorful and clearly made with care. We really enjoyed the quality of the dishes. When we arrived, an older gentleman working inside kindly let us know that outside drinks were not allowed. We completely understood. Living in Florida, we carry steel water bottles everywhere because of the heat, but rules are rules. We purchased water with our meal without any issue. We decided to sit outside and the same gentleman even brought our plates and everything out to us, which we appreciated. However, shortly after, a man we believe was a cook came out of the kitchen and began scolding us for having our water bottles on the table. We explained that we understood the rule and had purchased water. He responded that "the appearance isn't good." I started to move the bottles to the ground when he became more aggressive and said they could not be there at all unless they were for a child. My husband got up to take them to the car. While this was happening, another man walked in carrying a bright pink sparkling sippy cup for his daughter who appeared to be under two years old. The same employee stopped him and asked if the cup was for him or the child. I think it was pretty obvious the pink sippy cup wasn't for the adult. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. Had we not already paid for our meal, we would have left. It's a shame, because the food itself was good, but the way we were treated made the experience one we won't repeat.

She brought us our drinks again and took our order. We ordered the crazy bread and the pepperoni pockets as an appetizer. The only thing crazy about the bread was the cost. It otherwise compared to dominos. The pepperoni pockets were very good! I ordered a spinach gourmet calzone and my partner got the sun-dried tomato pizza. The calzone was as described on the menu. That said, I longed for the calzones of NYC with heaps of ricotta, mozzarella and spinach sautéed in olive oil, onion and fresh garlic. What I got was essentially a cheese bread with a hat on. Chunks of unseasoned tomatoes, fresh unseasoned spinach and mozzarella cheese-that's it. No seasoning of any kind, outside of the charred taste that all the items had from the oven itself. The sauce had a sweetness to it and this also was just...a far cry from what I'm used to. He said his pizza was cooked well, but lacked flavor. They're in business a long time, so something is going right. However, for me, it missed the mark on all levels. At the end of the day, you go out to eat for the food, the food here was less than Sysco quality. We won't return.

We called and they said that their policy was to not ring the doorbell but to stand in front of it. That doesn't do any good it your not in the same room as your phone. We called and there was no apology at all do to the drive just leaving the pizza on the porch. Poor customer service. We will be ordering pizza from somewhere else from now on.
