The entire job looked rushed and careless, with none of the attention to detail I expected. The quality was far below what I experienced the first time, and the difference was drastic. To make things worse, I called yesterday and was told the issue would be made right. Yet today, I was essentially told I'm lying and they are not honoring their word.
