I wish there was a zero star option. I could not possibly recommend Joe any less This scumbag quoted me $3500 for a trailer painting job. I drove two hours to bring the trailer to him and two days after I left he called me saying that it's a minimum of $1500 more after he already scraped up my trailer. This guy is an absolute scumbag Of note for anybody who sees the owners reply, I recorded the phone call and I'm happy to share it with anybody. You can't trust these people.

Misaligned body panels though I was told they were 85% done which would've included the paint

RUN, run fast and hard as far from this company as possible. When I dropped my car off I was promised progress pics, These never came until the very end when I said I was over the lies and gouging and to stop all work. The pics I got were of my car in primer, there were no actual progress pics. At drop off we went over the rust spots which I was told by Joe he was sure were just surface and they'd sand right out. I was then told that some of them went straight through, cool, I understand that can happen cause rust is a tricky bugger. I was then asked for $1500 more on top of my down payment to get steel from GA. GA?? I found auto steel locally for MUCH LESS. Joe didn't state for steel and labor, just steel. At the end I asked to see the paperwork from GA, fully expecting a 20% markup or something (been self employed, fully get it) but I was never given that receipt. I was also told it was $2000 for the steel and labor and the $1500 was just a further deposit on that. We discussed me having tried to put my underglow on and that I didn't know how to get up over my rear wheel wells because they're riveted in and would I be able to get under the car on a lift, I was told absolutely I would just need to go to Orlando, cool no problem. This came up a couple more times. Then I get told that the shop has had a car on the lift for 9 months. So I was lied to because surely this would've been known information. I was also told that for a little bit more one of the guys could do it. At first I declined because I'm more than capable then I decided to inquire how much more at which point in time I'm told it was never even discussed with the guy. Another lie. I've quoted out large jobs in the past and I've been quoted out large jobs and 100% of those I quoted I already figured tax for and roughly 98% of those quoted to me it was already included, then there's no heart attack at the end and people can better budget out large jobs. I was quoted $11,500 on this and asked for $4500 down, I figured cool $4500 is half of $10k, rest is taxes already figured in .... NOPE when I said I was over it I was told there was another $945 in taxes but they'd eat $500 of it. After I paid they still didn't provide the address of my car though I had asked more than once. It took me calling the law to get an address and it took the Deputy 2 phone calls to get it. When I showed up to pick up my car the gentleman there asked me what happened and I told him, money scheme and lies, he actually responded I figured it was something like that .... Pardon me WHAT??? I'll never know if the rust went through because I never saw those promised progress photos, I'll never know what they paid for steel because I never saw proof and will never know if steel work was done because the car is mostly primer and what I can see looks like Bondo. I'll know more when I get it into an actual body shop this week. I do know from the 2 body guys who've already seen it that there's not a chance in hell it's 85% done, more like 50%. Body panels are misaligned, there's a sticker on the bumper that we joked about and I clearly told him to remove. How do you sand and primer a car but leave a sticker behind? Was lied to, was gouged and even the guy in Orlando who had my car wasn't surprised at the reason I was picking it up. This is all just a scheme. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY ... .. RUN

This is the value to customers, professionalism, and truth about this guy and his company.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. This was our second time using C.A.R.S., and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or paint repair. Five stars well deserved.

When they showed up they saw my home and almost doubled the price. Total scam. After assuring me my Volvo would look perfect and "no one would be able to tell I had work done" I allowed them to proceed. I left my car in the driveway and the mobile guy came out. After 2 hours they sent me photos ( very low quality photos) telling me it looked perfect and they wanted payment. I asked for extra photos because his pics were so grainy. He said those are the best photos his technician can offer. I went ahead and paid him. When I got home and I could see for myself, I saw the VERY shoddy work. I asked for a refund, they refused and ignored me. When I asked for someone to come remove the paint drips and redo the work they scheduled 2 appointments and were NO SHOWS for both appointments. So they refuse to fix the damage and also refuse to refund my money. Stay FAR AWAY from this company!! They are shady and do horrible work. I'm going to report them to multiple agencies so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
