    What we paid for...
    Katie E.

So since my husband and I now live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the on going pandemic, we were unable to spend Mother's Day with my amazing mother-in-law. We decided to send her flowers. We went through Proflowers.com, and this is the florist they used. We paid about $100 for a premium bouquet of flowers to be sent the day after Mother's Day. What we paid for versus what we got is almost night and day different. We paid for premium flowers and they sent an arrangement that was done by a monkey with Walmart flowers. My husband and I were so embarrassed and mortified that a "professional" florist would send something this ghastly. Who looks at this and says "yep that's premium work there."???? Apparently these fools. When I called and complained about it,Patsy (owner?) made excuses about how busy they are and those are the only flowers they have. Seriously?! I told Patsy that I'm a nurse and is it fair for me to give poor care to my patients if I'm busy? No. I told her that even my mother-in-law is a nurse, and her daughter and son in-law is Dr Shedlock and Dr Shedlock (probably seen her on the news there in Hershey) with Penn State. Is it fair they give poor care to patients during this pandemic? No! My mother-in-law is a mother, nana, wife and nurse. She deserves beautiful flowers! So this is how J.C. Snyder treats healthcare workers and mother, with garbage flowers and poor customer service. Pasty was like oh well nothing we can do. We aren't taking orders and I'm not fixing what we did. She said how they're too busy to make things right. Wow! For someone who has been in business for around 40 years hasn't learned how to deliver quality arrangements and good customer service. They should go out of business. Especially when they have no respect or compassion for our hardworking healthcare workers during this pandemic. I got a full refund from Proflowers. They were super apologetic and said they will try not to use this florist anymore since they can't handle the volume order and deliver quality. All in all, do not use these sorry excuses for florists. I recommend using an actual professional florist.

After two days and the florist will not do anything

Received flowers left on our front step and were completely ruined by the cold. Contacted the florist and they really did not care and would not offer anything to make it right. Please never use these people. There are a number of great florist for you to choose from so do not use JC Snyder

Autumn of 2018 it was decided that my in-laws home needed to be decorated for the Holidays. We…read morechose Garden Path and could not be happier with our decision! We now use them as our florist of choice for every occasion and they have never let us down. From fully decorating the house (2 years and counting) to Birthday, Anniversary and Mother's Day arrangements, Garden Path never disappoints. I should add that I learned years ago that using sites other than that of a trusted florist is never the way to order flowers. There is always an issue that costs me time and aggravation and the small amount I *might* save in cost is negligible compared to the peace of mind I can have with simply calling the florist or using their business website directly. I have also learned to ask for seasonal flowers and specify a color or colors that are preferable rather than requesting a specific flower. If out of season your choice could be more costly and lead to a less impressive presentation. Ask for seasonal flowers and let your florist work their magic !

I've purchased online flowers, picked up fresh blooms, and gifts for others over the last 20 years…read morein three different Garden Path locations. I knew, over the summer of 2025, that The Garden Path seemed to be downsizing during their 50% off home decor sales. But extremely disappointed: I placed an online flower delivery order and later learned, upon visiting the retail store, that Garden Path doesn't exist. I still receive The Garden Path emails about different holidays, and their website still exists to place orders. The new owner of the building recommended I contact Bloomnation to see about the flower order. I contacted Bloomnation (210-405-5050), and they suggested I contact my credit card company to file a dispute for the amount spent on the flowers to request a refund.
