I order online from Pittsburgh. Online ordering is simple & fast. You can include a personalized note. Each arrangement has been fresh & lasted over a week or more. Delivery fee is $15. If you live locally, obviously you can pick up at the store. I add a small tip for the flower arranger too. Total was about $70 with tax & tip. I have preferred this company as opposed to larger floral shops or national companies, whose flowers did not last as long and we're not as fresh and sometimes even cost more. The new owner of the building recommended I contact Bloomnation to see about the flower order. I contacted Bloomnation (210-405-5050), and they suggested I contact my credit card company to file a dispute for the amount spent on the flowers to request a refund.
