Cafe de Lyon provides a perfect space that I can reserve and rent to do this. There are plenty of tables and seating for the kids, and there's plenty of space for me to set up food. They even decorate for the holidays. I appreciate having this space on campus and the delicious treats the academy whips up.

It is, however, when the students are working that their shyness, fear, and nerves may affect their diligence at serving in a timely manner. I give them a lot of Kudos for running a business with little former experience. They just need to work on their "table efforts" and responsibilities.
