Upon entering the store a kind lady named Sarah immediately acknowledged my presence with a smile. Never having visited Torrid I immediately noticed it's a women's clothing store with a large selection of women's dresses, tops, bras and underwear. Sarah approached me and began to inform me of values, prices and quality of their merchandise. Another staff member joined us named Meghan and she helped inform me of more rebates, discounts and offers to make anyone's shopping experience at Torrid a great choice. After receiving such great service and support from these two employees it was easy for me to see why a gift card from Torrid is going to be a wonderful gift to give anyone. Thank you so much Sarah and Meghan for you great customer service and making me feel great about my visit to your Torrid location. Keep up the great work and I will be back to visit for more gift card ideas again in the future!

I have extreme wide feet (ww), because I walk a lot since I was a kid. Size 00 or 0 shirts and a size 1 or 2 pants, lol. I know you get what I mean. It sucks to be "in between" body type. I don't bother walking to other fashion stores to get shoes anymore. Its nice to be able to walk into a store and feel like everything fits and people respect woman with chest and curves, lol. I can feel beautiful and fashionable! Shout out to all body types around the world! Our society needs to do better in celebrating women, because we freakin rock! Stay beautiful, because you are! This Clarks Outlet is at the North Georgia Premium Outlets, and is in the north east part of the…read moremall. Parking in the large free lot is available pretty close to Clarks. At the end of July, I came here looking for men's slide shoes. As soon as I walked into the store, a smiling employee welcomed me and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told her no, because, in addition to looking for slides, I also wanted to see what kind of casual shoes they had. The employee then told me about the special Clarks pricing for some of the men's casual shoes - buy one get, get one 50% off. I looked at the mens shoes that were included in the special pricing. The shoes were nice looking and had high quality; however, I wasn't interested in any of them. I didn't see any slides that I liked. This Clarks Outlet was clean and well organized. All men's shoes were on one side of the store. The "regular priced" shoes were each displayed on the top of the shelves, with boxes containing that shoe style underneath, making it easy for customers to find their size and try shoes on. There was a "sale" section, with all of the men's shoes separated by size. All of the tops of the boxes were placed underneath the boxes, allowing customers to see the styles, and all boxes had the sale prices clearly marked. On my way out the door, the employee thanked me and wished me a good day. Nice!

I had the worst customer service ever in this Clarks location! I bought two shoes at the end of May…read morefor 106 $ , one of them worked fine with my mom and the other didn't work , I came back in July to return or exchange. They said it's better to exchange since you bought them in the offer so you will half price for the return, or you can exchange for any shoes in the store! I decided to go with that offer and exchange it but here was the shock that it showed on their system that I have been refunded for the shoes ! Like how im gonna be refunded for the shoes and it's still with me !!! She was so rude the staff members and didn't want to help at all , she said call customer service I can't do anything for you ! I called customer service and they sent an email approving that I have not been refunded for the shoes and they gave me an exchange order number so I can be able to exchange it . I went back to the same location again and another staff member was there . She showed me the worst customer service I have ever seen . She kept saying I can't do anything for you , my hands are tight even with the email approval between me and customer service she wanted to see that I didn't get for real a refund from Clarks on my bank account and she asked to check on my bank account that I purchased those two shoes on that date ! That was the rudest customer service I have ever seen . I called customer service in the store again and she asked to talk to her after so many arguments the customer service representative she said she is laying and I didn't get a refund for that shoes and she recommended me to email my complain to Clark customer care. As a customer my right to exchange that shoes within less than 40 days of purchase as Clarks policy say and an apology from that staff member for her ugly attitude and unhelpful customer service .

Visited the store a few weeks ago and had an overall pleasant experience, HOWEVER, as I was going to leave, the way the manager spoke to one of her associates irked me beyond belief. Pros: An older gentleman greeted me when I walked in. A young blonde girl asked me if I was finding everything alright, which I appreciated because I was not... She got me some help and a sweet young lady, I think her name was Maggie, helped me find exactly what I needed. Cons: The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the supposed "manager" or "supervisor", (who I genuinely thought was a customer due to the lack of her name tag, but figured out it was an employee because of her earpiece), walked behind the counter as I was leaving and was audibly condescending to a young man that was folding clothing. This put my stomach in a knot because these employees were exceptional. It's unfortunate that Carhartt is okay with higher-ups to treating their employees like this, let alone employing managers with a short temper and dwindling worth ethic. I will surely visit this store again, but in no way thanks to the manager. Treat your employees with kindness & respect.

The designs and styles change and my age just gets older. I still like to look around and if I'm not purchasing clothes I will definitely purchase shoes and accessories. This location was well stocked, the clearance area was spotless! Everything was organized by sizes, even organized with all pants/shirts/dress in one area together. My Son really enjoyed the clearance section he was able to get a lot of graphic tees for as low as $3.00 each and a nice Gucci inspired pullover for $6.00 The Staff was also friendly and helpful with the fitting rooms. If I am back in the area I will stop in and check out the Store.

They don't just have shoes for men, they also have shoes for women but if you are a perfect half size, you will need to go up a size because I noticed that their sandals come in full sizes. If you wear an 8.5 you will go up to a size 9. They have leather and non-leather options. Leather sandals are a nice comfortable option and I like having a "not so casual option: while non-leather options are ideal for water sports and other summer activities where you want a casual, secure sandal, (water sports, amusement rides). Yes their sandals cost a bit more but they are quality and will last longer than the average sandal. They currently have a sale throughout the store so this is a good time to make a purchase. Don't forget to check out some of their summer hiking options if you enjoy hiking and they also have limited clothing options available. ***Nice store with only one employee who was very helpful with my husband who unfortunately could not find his ideal sandal. Customer service experience has always been outstanding in 15 years coming here…read more The employees who work there during the morning of Thursday, May 14, 2026 were aggressively and embarrassingly inadequate. At 10 o'clock I asked if I could be measured. Employee rolled her eyes: "I guess so." Her measurement was sadly inadequate as if she had never measured before, and I had no help afterwards. When I asked her to come over, she saw how incredibly tight the fit was. She said, "maybe we should go up a little." I said, "you think?" She and the other employee had not moved because they were talking to each other the entire time. She said, "are you angry with me?" Bizarre. I did not respond. She called back, "I am feeling uncomfortable helping you anymore." She hadn't helped me at all. I still kept quiet. I paid for two bras and asked the two for their names. "I am uncomfortable giving that information out." Same response about her manager and district manager. Shocking. The other one then told me she called security on me. Let that sink in. A petite 61-year-old woman was physically removed by a security guard for asking for names. She refused to why she had called security. I left the store without incident, but in tears. A few minutes later, my husband returned to ask why I had been removed; they called security on him and he had to leave the store. I called the store manager the next day. I identified myself, and she greeted me rudely by saying "yeah," and put me on speakerphone. I was quickly able to piece together how the bizarre behavior of the employees matched the utter incompetence of the store manager. I started to explain what I had experienced, and she cut me off and would not allow me to speak again, choosing instead to feed her obvious inferiority by defending her inept employees. It was obvious why I was on speakerphone. This insecure manager was obviously trying to make friends with the people she was supposed to be supervising. What better way to cement that pathetic need to make friends with people one is supervising then to throw the CUSTOMER under the bus in front of one's inferiors! I could go on and on about how my husband then talked to her and how she attempted to talk over him again and again until he, too, had to end the phone call. Suffice to say that employee behavior imitates the training they receive from management. In this case, they had learned a lesson of the store manager's rudeness, incompetence, immaturity, and embarrassing instruction, and they imitated it perfectly. At one point, the store manager asked if we were trying to tell her how to do her job. Much to our embarrassment for her, we let the district manager do that for us. It should never have gotten so far as a district manager needing to get involved into something as asinine as the behavior of the employees and the ridiculous non-intervention of the manager at Soma that morning. Therefore, my main concern is that perspective customers should STAY OUT of Soma UNLESS they enjoy the humiliation of being escorted out of a store by a security guard because of the store's immature and pathetic staff and management: A note to the SM: you know nothing about the retail business and how to serve the customer who is paying your salaries. In summary, this was a horrible, but very fixable customer service experience at Soma. A little about me: I often write online reviews, and WITHOUT FAIL they are five star reviews. I only give positive reviews because if I have a problem at a place of business, I will speak face-to-face with management so that a reasonable outcome can be achieved. I hate it when people go online with petty grievances. I reserve my right to review negatively, however, when the customer service of the manager is so blatantly and stupidly inadequate. I asked for an apology and nothing else. I never received an apology from the employees nor the store manager Hence this negative review.
