He puts a lot of miles on his shoes with work so frequently needs new pairs and they have to be supportive. The store is clean and was well organized. They had a main clearance section in the back and some other sales pairs scattered through the store. They had a wide selection of shoes, clothing, socks, and accessories. We were mainly there for shoes. They had tennis shoes, hiking shoes, boots, sandals, slippers, etc. They were running a special that if you bought one pair full price you could get 50% off one or two additional pairs. We looked around and found several pair that were nice for my SO to try on. The staff was friendly and asked if we needed help and seemed knowledgable. He narrowed it down to three pair he liked. However, the one pair they only had in brown and he needed it in black. The staff said they could find it in stock at another store and have it shipped to us at no additional cost. We got a great deal on 3 pairs of shoes and the third pair arrived at the front door in less than a week. His feet have been happy and enjoying his new shoes. We definitely plan on another trip in the future to find some more shoes for a great deal.

When I entered the store, an employee said hello and told me about sales. Much of the merchandise was 40% off or more. As I walked around, I saw fully stocked racks and shelves. I felt most interested in the women's fashions. I liked the styles of women's shirts, jeans, coats, underwear, and purses. Not to give too much information, but Calvin Klein is my favorite brand of underwear, and I felt happy to see that the underwear had two discounts. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly and politely rang up my purchase and thanked me. Four pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $42 is about is low of a price as you can find anywhere!

This particular location is an outlet store in the Grove City Premium Outlets. For the past few years, Eddie Bauer has been one of my favorite stores for women's clothing. When I shopped in this store, I felt very happy to see that my favorite styles for t-shirts and hoodies were in stock and on sale. I chose a shirt that was 30% off, and when I got to the checkout counter, the cashier noticed that I had a $10 reward that I could also use. I greatly appreciate that she asked me about this reward. As a result, this shirt that was regularly priced at $50 cost me only $25.

I came in here with hopes of finding another pair of shoes like the ones I found a few months back at another location. I will say, I had high hopes with low expectations as no two locations will have the same inventory. That was such the case here. I went and tried to find the type of shoes, which I was wearing that day, I did not see them anywhere. Not on the shelves and not in the clearance. They did have some very enticing wants, but I restrained. The staff were super nice when we walked in. I know it was in an effort to get us to purchase something, but they were excited to have people come in.

I have come to collect them. This location, being in an outlet mall, you would think would be the perfect place to grab one such t-shirt. However, that's if you can find them. No two stores are set up alike. You have to first search and search until you realize that those shirts are hidden in a corner. More specifically, the ones in particular you are looking for are faced up against the wall...hidden. I looked and looked for a good fifteen minutes. I could not find them and I could not find an employee that wasn't busy to help me. They were quite busy, which is good, but it was frustrating to shop. Why the lower rating for this store? Combination of things. The obvious, as stated above, the item being hidden. Also, as stated above, the lack of customer service. But the one big standout here, the lack of stock. Probably a good reason as to why they were pushed up against the wall and hidden. They didn't want to have to keep answer the question of where the item was. It was a bit disheartening as this was a shirt I would have really liked to have had. Paying homage to my home for nearly half my life, Pittsburgh. Oh well, maybe I can snag it online. Probably not at the price they had it in store, but most likely the only way I will be able to own the shirt.

The store itself is very aesthetically appealing. It is actually pretty organized, especially compared to other stores in the Southern Park Mall. Customer service is average. Some days it's good, some days it's not the greatest. The clothes are stylish, but I feel like you always have to try things on here because nothing seems to consistently fit true to size. I'll come in here for accessories sometimes, like scarves, gloves, etc. but I prefer not to shop for clothing as it is not that great in quality. Overall, I recommend this place if you're into the latest styles and trends but not looking for super high-quality of clothing and do not mind if something only lasts a few wears.
