Upon my husband calling, to confirm if the grab was intentional or accidental in the force used, the person who answered the phone, also Jacqueline, was rude, and then proceeded to hang up on my husband and stated they have "no idea what you're (husband) talking about". Our appointment started at 1pm, and it was for both me and my matron of honor who is also getting married. We immediately started pulling dresses, and were able to put them into our fitting rooms. I started with my favorite dress, and that was a mistake because I didn't want to take it off! The bridal consultants made sure to take things out and bring things in that they thought we would like. And the dresses that the bridal consultants put me in were some of my favorite dresses. The best thing about this place is that she can customize literally any dress and make it perfect. My matron of honor found the dress of her dreams! I did not find the dress, however, that is not the reason I had to take off one star. After looking back, I realized that there were very limited options. They did not have the options I wanted for a traditional dress, and the quality of the dresses were nothing over the top -- similar to a Davids Bridal quality. They had one dress that I loved the entire time. Luckily, she is able to customize the dress, however, it was very difficult for me to visualize what it will look like. Overall, a really good experience if you are looking for a very individualized consultation -- we were the only brides there the entire day! Last winter the entire store renovated an empty storefront on Wilmington Road. They put in a drive through window and offer free delivery! What's not to like? The automated refill system is easy and painless. If there's a question, a clerk will call you back to clarify. They take my insurance even when it changed this year. The pharmacist knows me and called a few months ago to go over my scripts and answer questions. I found out that one of my scripts should be taken at night instead of mornings. I love the clean look and brightly lit store, the newer carts and the convenient location. Our family has moved all of our scripts here. Check it out for yourself.
