It took approximately ten emails and direct involvement from the owner before a call was finally scheduled. That call was recorded. Following the call, there were 79 emails exchanged regarding my project. Throughout the process, I experienced what I believe was a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and technical knowledge. At one point, the owner accused me of making project changes and expecting work to be performed for free. Fortunately, the communications were documented through recordings and written correspondence, which I contradict those accusations.
