I could obviously walk 16 miles to my closest store sooner than I'd get a return label, ship them back and wait for a refund! Thanks customer service lady! Upon arriving at the store, I was immediately greeted by this really nice girl that worked there. I wish I caught her name. She was really helpful. Normally you can only get the price of the shoes back from your order. If you had to pay taxes or shipping, too bad. You won't get it back. However, she saw how upset I was over not being able to get another pair of the same shoes due to them being completely sold out (of course), and got me a 100% full refund. After that she helped me find another pair that was similar and would accommodate my work uniform needs, then gave me a ten dollar discount for my troubles. So kind! Of course I suspected after leaving it was only due to the fact the store was going to lose a sale. Oh well.
