I received immediate, friendly care from everyone at that office. They gave me tests I requested and didn't force tests on me. I became sick when I lived in Germany years ago. Somehow, I was contaminated by heavy metals. The 1930s Germans developed Chelation therapy to treat their own workers who were contaminated. She was mean to her medical student and embarrassed her in front of me and my family. I told her I was there to discuss menopause, which is supposed to be her specialty, but she dismissed that very quickly and told me to change my diet and go to a yoga class. She was pushing for me to get a tetanus shot so hard I started to wonder if she is getting kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company that makes them. I felt disrespected, ignored and belittled by her.
