When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

Never once have they put me off to one side and forgotten about me like most physical therapy places. Each visit is critically designed to help you improve. Corey always had new challenges and exercises to present to me. The change in my health after a disastrous back surgery was nothing short of miraculous. Each Team member is kind and concerned and willing to help you along with your exercises and challenges. For me, two or three sessions in, I noticed that I was feeling better and having fun at the same time! I highly recommend this team with all my heart! My husband was there and witnessed it. He did not use sonography on my skull he randomly put it there as u stated and damaged a nerve in the back of my occipital bone. I have looked into legal matter for this and you are correct it was about 10 years ago so whatever reason why he stopped. Is probably best since he doesn't know what he's doing!

Dr. Knight came in within just a couple of minutes, we spoke briefly and he looked at my hand then said he wanted x-rays. That took no more than 5 minutes and he came back immediately to review them and talk about next steps. I had a minor finger fracture and treatment was just to keep the splint on it and return for a follow up in 2 weeks. So that took no time at all. I made my follow up appointment and was out the door at 9:15. Surely a record! They are friendly but fast. That's fine by me. Who wants to spend the whole day at the doctor? Also very nicely decorated waiting room and exam rooms. Of course, this is Southlake. I know patients pay for it in the end but it helped make my whole experience very pleasant. Would certainly recommend this office to anyone with a hand or wrist problem.

Went here as a recommendation from the urgent Care. I saw Dr John and the first visit was great…read more Easy check in, no appointment needed, so far so good. Dr John took time to explain and draw out what the issue was with my neck. Prescribed some medications and a scheduled the next visit. Came back and the medications did not help with my issue. Dr John recommended physical therapy to help. Went to PT and started the process to help with my herinated disc in my neck. Then came back to this office and see Dr John again, after explaining to him that so far the PT hasn't helped. He recommended we keep trying a few more times before we go into more drastic methods. Went back and forth between PT and back to this orthopedic office. And I felt that Dr John just kept brushing me off and would keep telling me to go back to PT. The last 3 visits to Dr John each consultation lasted less then 5mins with him saying let's keep trying PT. 5 office visits to him and 6 PT sessions and yet I'm no where getting better. And they have no problem charging you for the visit even though all he did was say the same thing again and again. In my opinion they rather have you keep coming back for office visits to get billed to the insurance company then to actually fix the issue. I would not recommend anyone to come here for orthopedic help.

I reviewed different podiatrists in my area and found good reviews about Doctor Marciano. I went in for an appointment and was so glad I did. The X-ray's showed that the first procedure was a 'mess' (my term) and after speaking with Dr Marciano, I was very reassured and confident that he was the best podiatrist to put my trust in. Yes, I had a 'redo' surgery and it was so very worth it. Dr Marciano lived up to every word he said and more. I know that he worked hard in surgery as the results were better than I expected. I recommend Dr Marciano to anybody who is looking for a podiatrist who's standards are above the norm. And I also received flowers from him and the staff. To make matters worse, the person who checked me out after my visit overcharged me by nearly $100 and argued with me about my insurance coverage. I'm still waiting on my refund! There were other issues as well, but I'll leave it at that. I genuinely hope my experience was not the "norm" for this clinic.
