When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

Dr. Knight came in within just a couple of minutes, we spoke briefly and he looked at my hand then said he wanted x-rays. That took no more than 5 minutes and he came back immediately to review them and talk about next steps. I had a minor finger fracture and treatment was just to keep the splint on it and return for a follow up in 2 weeks. So that took no time at all. I made my follow up appointment and was out the door at 9:15. Surely a record! They are friendly but fast. That's fine by me. Who wants to spend the whole day at the doctor? Also very nicely decorated waiting room and exam rooms. Of course, this is Southlake. I know patients pay for it in the end but it helped make my whole experience very pleasant. Would certainly recommend this office to anyone with a hand or wrist problem.

I reviewed different podiatrists in my area and found good reviews about Doctor Marciano. I went in for an appointment and was so glad I did. The X-ray's showed that the first procedure was a 'mess' (my term) and after speaking with Dr Marciano, I was very reassured and confident that he was the best podiatrist to put my trust in. Yes, I had a 'redo' surgery and it was so very worth it. Dr Marciano lived up to every word he said and more. I know that he worked hard in surgery as the results were better than I expected. I recommend Dr Marciano to anybody who is looking for a podiatrist who's standards are above the norm. And I also received flowers from him and the staff. To make matters worse, the person who checked me out after my visit overcharged me by nearly $100 and argued with me about my insurance coverage. I'm still waiting on my refund! There were other issues as well, but I'll leave it at that. I genuinely hope my experience was not the "norm" for this clinic. While I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I won't be returning.

Excellent bed side manner & office room style. My ankle Dr , is a whole other story. 1st he told me the swelling in my ankles is because I need a diuretic, that I'm retaining way too much water. I felt as if he wanted to tell I was fat but didn't. He told me to see my reg physician & sent me for an mri. My reg physician said no this is swelling do to injury in both ankles because the other is compensating for supporting the bad one. If you were retaining water it would be all over not just in your ankles. Back to see ankles Dr, tell him what she said, he disagrees then looks at the mri & says there is cartilage discernment, but nothing he could do would help the swelling because of the water retention. SMH. He gave me a shot in my ankle & said come back in a month 1/2
