The principal was amazing, understood me and supported me during the decision to opt my child out. The school offers a after school book club which our daughter enjoyed while attending this school. Stars 1 star for admin 1 star for facilities 1 star for organization of events, parking lot, pick up and drop off area. 1 star for amazing teachers and tutors (if needed) 1 star for overall experience. Jordon is a wonderful school to transition from Elementary to Middle school.

Set aside. Preheat a shallow, nonstick pan to medium heat and add 2 Tbsp. oil. Ladle 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the pan, forming 4-inch circles. I did not get a response until 7/31 when they told me they were unable to give me a refund but I could have a credit for future classes or book another class, again I reiterated he was not interested. I called their location again 8/6 asking to speak to a manager because I am still in shock that I cannot get a refund for services they never provided and cancelled. Again I was told that this is their policy in their "handbook" but I asked them where on their website does it say they will not be able to refund classes they cancelled. They provided my number to the owner of this location who called and left a voicemail wanting to speak with me. Icode Cibolo, do better. You lost a customer due to your lack of professionalism and poor communication. I've decided to dispute this with my credit card company at this point because I have more trust in their competence and that they will handle this in a more timely manner.
