Had to locate the trap door but after digging to find the opening, he quickly resolved the problem. Best of all he put everything and dirt back as it was. Great service and we highly recommend. Also has equipment/camera to check out the sewer line wihich had accumulated tree roots. His special equipment dissolved the roots.
