The tailor there fixed the zipper on my moncler in such a great and timely manner. So happy to have worked with them. :)

The sign on window is blatant misinformation. "Professional tailor, fine alterations, instant alterations". Here is the experience a friend had; she brought in a pair of capri pants to have the hips taken in. He measured her hips. She would have done it herself, but the zipper was on the hip side of the pants. Without a sewing machine it's a major job. That was on Monday. The pants were promised Friday. INSTANT!?? She paid $20. but didn't try them on in the store. Her mistake. At home it was obvious what was asked to be done wasn't. The hips were still loose, the waist too tight. We returned Saturday, he said he did the waist, but not the hips. She told him that is not what she wanted. He refused to correct the situation or do anything to please the customer. She told him keep the $20. and he would never see her again. There was NO language barrier; there's no excuse for the poor workmanship and customer service. She just bought them a Macy's and now they'll be donated to Goodwill. read more

Disappointing. I brought in a blazer to have the sleeves shortened. They only needed to be an inch shorter. I could not believe I was charged $82.00! That was more than I paid for the blazer!!! Then I got it home and it was altered too short and now I have a blazer that I can't wear!!! I will never bring anything here again! read more

Horrible customer service. I came in on Thursday the and the gentleman had trouble understanding me. I told him I needed a prom Dress altered. He told me leave my number and his wife would call because he couldn't understand exactly what was needed. No one called. I came in on Monday when the wife was there they told me they couldn't take any dresses they were too full. The Prom was a full month away! I asked why no one had called and he acted like we had never spoken. The lies!!! I knew her hours and everything! How would I know?! Very unprofessional! read more

I went here to get a dress that I got for $20 hemmed. I needed about 3 inches off. I made an appointment to go in. The lady who I made the appointment with wasn't even there when I got there for my appointment. The guy who was there was called her and she forgot about the appointment. So I waited for her to get there. When she got there, she rushed me and then told me it would be $120 for a HEM!!! At this point I felt bad and just said whatever and I'll pay the $120. She told me it would be done by a certain date and i never received a call so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days. When I called to ask what's going on with my dress, they made it seem like it was my phone that never got the call. I went to pick it up, I gave them my ticket and they had me go through the rack to find my dress. I paid the money was told it was $120!. I got home and looked at the receipt and I saw it was $130. I called and the lady was arguing with me on the phone. I will never be going back here and/or telling anyone about them. Sad enough for them, I have 9 bridesmaids who need alterations and was going to suggest this place to them but not anymore. read more
