The spa bliss signature facial was amazing, personalized and I was glowing when completed. I also had the spa bliss signature foot treatment which was also amazing. Hailey Fox gave both treatments and I would highly recommend her. The Oasis is very nice. They have set up a lot of options for you to enjoy the space how you want. While they provide a rejuvenate and relax sequence, you are free to roam and try everything. Lastly, I have the aromatherapy massage with Hannah. Hannah was very attentive as it took a few mins to adjust the table for maximum comfort. The service was good, very relaxing and comforting, which was exactly what I expected. The lunch was a charcuterie tray, light and filling. A very good selection of cheese, meat and fruit. Perfect light lunch. Let's talk price... the services are competitive with comparable spas. The lunch at $32 and seems a little high when I can get a charcuterie tray at one of the local wine bars for under $20. I would skip next time. The Oasis was $55, which if I were coming in just for this, would be reasonable. For the whole package we were hoping for a price break and a lower cost for the Oasis would have been nice. There was no price break for the package of services we purchased. I would come back, it is a very nice place and very nice people!

I'll start by saying that I drive two hours (both ways!) to have my hair done by Bronté at St. Rue…read more A little back story: I was in a never ending cycle with hairstylists. You know the one. You sit down in their chair excited for a change. As the appointment progresses, you see things starting to go south. You're fearful of speaking up, so at the end, you nod and say "looks great!" Then you go home and study yourself in the mirror thinking "what just happened?!" and praying it grows out quickly. I thought that the above scenario was just the norm. I landed an appointment with Bronté while she was still working in Eugene simply by chance. She listened to what I was after and truly heard me. She also possesses an intuition that so few have. I left that first appointment feeling confident, which was such a refreshing change! I began hearing compliments from peers on a regular basis in the couple of weeks that followed. As a client of several years now, I refuse to see anyone else! I always joke (but like...seriously) that she could give me any style and somehow have it end up looking chic. Go see Bronté or one of her carefully vetted stylists at St. Rue and you will not be disappointed!

I went to this salon and got my hair lightened. The lady at the end told me the appt was 400…read moredollars due to them weighing the product and she said she had to use a lot. Ok...fine. So I pay and make my next appointment. I should have known not to make another appt because I have never paid that much for a color in my life! I get a reminder email through my phone exactly 48 hours prior to the appt which is exactly the amount of time you have to cancel or have to pay for 100 percent of the appt. So I emailed back and canceled the appt. Well I get a call the day of the appointment and the front desk lady states I didn't cancel my appointment. I told her I emailed them back and she states that it is a no reply email. I said on my phone it never stated that anywhere in the email and my email never bounced back. She said you would have to click the email to see that it says no reply. I said really why wouldn't it be in the body of the email? Why...because they rip people off. I sent her the screenshots of the emails to show her that I canceled and she said well if you replied to the email address those emails are sent out exactly 48 hours prior...so I didn't give exactly 48 hours notice. If you want to be ripped off then please go ahead and use them. But the tone and way the office lady spoke to me was very unprofessional and I will never set a foot in their salon again. $100 of my hard earned money for nothing! I will attach the screenshots of the emails.

Please see attached pictures showing the cut I received…read more I had a scheduled appointment, went in and had to wait a bit but that's okay, I get it. I don't mind waiting a bit in a busy salon. Then the stylist brings me back, I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said "no problem." Apparently blow & style isn't included in the $45 charge and I have naturally wavy hair so it wasn't obvious how bad the cut was until I styled it at home. I cried. To add insult to injury, the salon's regional manager has not returned any of my many calls to discuss a refund. The manager at Perfect Look told me it's not their policy to give refunds and I find that just appalling given the poorly executed haircut I received. I even tipped the stylist so I'm out a total of $60. It cost me $75 to get it recut properly (that included a blow & style + tip, btw) and it took my new stylist over an hour to fix it. I don't know if the stylist was just having on off day or what but whatever the reason, I figuratively and literally paid for it. I want a full refund for what was done to me. ------------------------------------------ 12JUL2023 Update Was contacted today by the regional manager and offered a refund. I am happy to learn that the "no refund" policy isn't a policy after all. Will post a further update after my refund is processed. Thank you to the regional manager for making this happen. ------------------------- 15JUL Update Went in for my refund and the person was friendly but only initially. The refund was in cash and was only partial, $31 instead of the $45 I was charged for the cut. The person got suddenly very snippy when asked for the full refund of $60 (which includes the tip) she got really rude really fast. She threw $45 onto the counter in front of me with attitude and stated, "I'm not refunding the tip!" which I actually do understand and didn't press the issue. So to recap: my hair was butchered, had to fight for a refund (posting this review and calling repeatedly), when a refund was finally offered, was further disrespected by having my refund thrown at me when the correct amount was asked for. RUN from this salon. I'd give zero stars if it were a possibility.
