Expect a long wait, even with an appointment. The quality isn't great either. My spa pedicure was rushed and subpar. My French polish was uneven making my toes look weird. I mentioned it to the guy and he told me it was because of how my toenails grow?! Really? I've gotten a French with my pedicures for YEARS and never had an issue. My gel polish manicure chipped two days after I got it. The staff spend more time talking to each other than taking care of their clients. My daughters pedicure polish came off day 1 of her vacation. 2 days after it was done. I think they got a little rushed and did not take their time. The girl who did my daughters pedicure file and grated her feet where as the girl who did mine only used a pumice stone. Because my service was free, the owner decided to take his time with servicing me. This business is extremely slow. Even with how they handle appointments. People start appointments late. I stood at the receptionist desk for 5 mins and no one said anything to me. I had to speak up, I was told to have a seat. I then spoke to the lady at the front she apologized and said it would be another 30 mins. Everyone else had appointments and couldn't take me, even though I had an appt for 3pm. I was then called to his chair and sat in the chair for 10 mins close to 345p then wasn't started until 410p because he went to the back to have whatever time he needed to hisself. All I needed was my nails to be re-polished. When I came in week ago, I got my nails done (a full set) and it wasn't polished in it entirely apparently. A week later the polish peeled off. Therefore, I patiently waited and watched four nail techs walk around without another customer for 1 hour, and I was the only one remaining. After almost 2 hrs if waiting, watching people with actual app waiting 30 plus min. And being treated less than appreciated for our business. This place is swamped. And they aren't accurate with telling you how long you will wait as a walkin. My girlfriend and I came in, me for a pedicure, her for a full acrylic set, and were told they could start my pedicure right away and her full set within 10 minutes. 40 minutes later they finally got her in a chair! We would never have stayed if we had known she would have to wait that long!! Having said that the pedicure was very well done and she didn't rush it and was very attentive. The prices were not outrageous. Great exfoliation from the cracked heels I picked up after 2 weeks in Vegas. My feet felt brand new! The girl who did my friend's full set kept stopping to look at check lists and direct the other stylists and answer the phones and greet the new people walking in the door. It took nearly 2 hours for my friend and I to get out the door. They had 10 nail techs doing pedicures and 6 doing finger nails. My advice is book an appointment and be prepared to wait if you want to get your fingernails done!! read more

The staff was friendly but I did not have a great pedicure. The products were good but my hot towels were cold, the lotions were used sparingly and the way they polished my toes I immediately had chipped nails within 24 hours. In 48 hours 2 nails were void of polish. I won't be going back here anytime soon. read more

Went here to get a gel fill with one nail missing and another one popping off. I get seated and then I tell the girl I want them cut down just a bit. She starts on my nails before giving me a price, then calls over a manager and asks how much it would be. The manager says it's going to be $51... for a gel fill. While nail repairs are usually $3 each, the manager said they were $6 a repair. Then, I have never had to pay extra to get my nail somewhat filed down because after 3 weeks they obviously grow. She then told me because I wanted them cut down just a tiny bit it was even more money. She didn't give an actual price just a random total price for the whole entire thing. I was confused and questioned it and she said it was for the length of my nails which were a medium acrylic length. The length literally should have nothing to do with it. I then say to my boyfriend I don't want to pay $51 for a fill, not even a full set. I was telling him how I could get this all done at one nail salon for at most $40 and the girl says "Well do you wanna go there?" and just midway stops on my nails and doesn't say anything else. read more

Amazed at how well Lee does acrylic nails. Fixed my damaged spots perfectly. Really took his time to make my nails nice. First time ever, I didn't have to go home and file a bit. My first time here. Very disappointed. I had an appointment for gel at 9:30 am. sat right down.She got started on my acetone to remove my polish and that is as far as I got. After that I sat for a half hour while I watched the manicurist do someone else's nails. After a half hour I took the foils off myself. I had made an appointment for a full manicure. Received a basic gel fingernail polish manicure. Way over priced. Within 2 days the gel polish began chipping away. I went back in to get it fixed, and the owner treated me like it was my fault and took no responsibility for their mistake. I asked for a refund and there was no way they were willing to do it.
