But I asked about the return policy she said only store credit. I ended up buying it basically just telling myself I'd lose weight to fit into it. Well looking online they did have a large? What was the point of lying??? I'm not sure why these employees at these high end boutiques feel entitled to act snobby & so unhelpful. You'd think they'd be willing to help & if they don't care for customer service then maybe it's time to look for another job. Will not ever be returning to this store. Do better!

I won a drawing last month for a complimentary personal shopper experience. I really didn't need anything per se, but I had an upcoming Yelp Elite event at Tommy Bahama's and wanted to see if there was anything. Marie, the store manager, was so nice and helpful. She helped me select dresses and heels based on my color preference. All of the staff that Monday night were sweet. They made it easy and fun. I ended up with 2 dresses and a pair of heels for the Spring/Summer. I love that 10% of my purchase went to a local charity, which changes every Monday. Although I didn't wear the dresses at the Yelp Elite event, I did wear the shoes!

They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

They gave me a ticket number and told me to send them the purse. I paid $20.00+ for shipping and $70.00 to insure the purse. After about 3 weeks I received the purse back with a generic check yes or no letter from them. A box was checked off indicating that the purse did not qualify for material defect. I would give 1 star, but my service at the location was good. I would never have expected MK not to stand behind their product. The purse was clearly defective. You could tell by looking at the leather on the bottom of the purse where it was flawless that it was taken care of. I'm going to try to attach a pic so the public can see that the material was quite clearly defective, I mean just imagine dropping $650.00 and the product looking like this in 6 months. Not acceptable! I have already written the BBB and am working on litigation.
