There are many different styles and colors to choose from. I had a little bit of difficulty shopping online, so it was nice to be able to go into the store and actually touch and feel some of the products. I actually found this location as a happy accident as I was walking by on my way to another store. They have several different textures that they use for their shirts, including a more hot-weather-friendly one for spring and summer that I ended up buying. Overall, they have a lot of really fun prints and there's definitely something there for everyone. The store attendant, Jonny, was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. He was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions that ended up helping me with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Extremely high quality and breathable material clothes... loved how their trim polos fit and liked that they offer no-tuck dress shirts (especially great for shorter guy.. couldn't be me of course :P ). Their shorts were also comfortable and look great - they have more casual and then more formal offerings. Definitely recommend y'all checking this place out! Tommy was the most sweetest person ever to me, explaining the T-shirts and their various fits and features. He even offered me the best sparking water I've ever had in my life. He also gift wrapped what I bought in the cutest packaging. They don't carry women's clothes so just keep that in mind that this is a men's store only. Also there's no parking. I parked in the parking lot at the Montrose collective. I always wondered about this store with the porsche in it and now I know how great it is. Oh, and just a note in reference to "Fashion C's" review, while Free People and Betsy Johnson have great designs, the clothes are a bit over-priced for the poor quality of their clothing. The quotation marks around the word "changing room" are there because it was really just a bathroom. And evidently there was some mysterious and elusive list that you had to get on to use the bathro, err. . .dressing room, but none of the sales associates bother even offering to put my name on the list even as I sat there with a dress in my hand waiting by the bathroom door. They do have a smaller men's section that contains seemingly only British style button-down shirts. Many of them were a bit on the girly side with way too much floral work, but that seems to be all the rage with hipsters so I'm sure they do well. Evidently they also have another store in the Woodlands (or was it Katy?) that carries the same stuff. While the clothes were pretty cute, some of it was a bit out there and it was much too trendy for my tastes. The store has a very unassuming exterior. I would have totally missed it if I had not been to the original Sid Mashburn in the Westside district of Atlanta. It is an upscale niche-ish menswear / lifestyle store. It mostly caters to those who read GQ religiously. Now that I think about it, I think the store has grown because of the constant exposure it gets in #menswear blogs and magazines. For the lack of better term, I'd say the style of the store is a trendier / less conservative version of Brooks Brothers with better attention to fit. The premise of the store is that you shouldn't expect clothes to fit perfectly off the rack and are meant to be altered. That's why they have an in-house tailor that can alter the items to fit you in exactly the way you want. As far as the prices go, it's not cheap. A good looking suit here costs about 4 grand. Shirts are 150+. They also do bespoke and made-to-measure orders with Kiton and other high-end companies. They mostly focus on their house label but they do carry an assortment of upscale brands that I haven't seen much in Houston yet. -Alden, Edward Green, Filson, Diptyque (well, this one not so much), Levi's I think the quality of the house-label, especially the shirts, is a little disappointing. Sure, the fabric may be a little better but it just doesn't warrant the over-the-top price tag. I feel like you can get decent suits made with Loro Piana or Cerruti for much less if you look in the right place. With that said, the service here is impeccable and that's reflected in the price. I'd recommend this place if you got that River Oak$ money and are looking to add a little flare to your office attire or to "outfashion" your co-workers perhaps.

However, I am a fan of this store, as every time I come here, I buy multiple items. If you're coming here to locate regular Loft merchandise at deep reductions, you won't find them. The styles are not the same. Slacks may be cut slightly differently; shorts are not the same as what you'd find in their retail stores. Move past that, though, and you'll find some great buys -- if you look. I would always come to Loft Outlet looking for work clothes when I was working; now that I've retired I was on the hunt for more casual tops. Found just the styles that I wanted, as they're dressy/casual looking without looking like I am about to paint the house or dig up the garden. Prices are excellent, too. Search in the clearance section for items that are out of season (sweaters during the summer, for instance) and you can find some TRUE deals. Sales staff is always very helpful, particularly if you're looking for an item in your size that's not on the floor. Don't be afraid to ask, as I was informed that there is additional stock available -- so don't assume if it's not out, it's not available. You may just hit the jackpot!

I had heard about the Ann Taylor outlet out in Cypress, and decided to head out there for some shopping, and savings. I was super excited to find out that during the Labor Day sale they had 60 percent off certain things, and 40 percent off the entire store. I bought two pair of their classic wide legged slacks, some cute cardigans, a great tweed shift dress, classic blue and white pinstriped shirt, earrings, a hounds tooth scarf, and dark green satin shirt, total cost -under $300. In any regular Ann Taylor store, you would have only gotten about three of those items. Great deals, great selection of regular and petite sizes, and some great fall clothes. Well worth the drive.
