I had an absolute fabulous experience at buckle. I was shopping for jeans and I didn't know where to start immediately Brailey and Kiyani helped me find my size and style perfectly. BRAILEY put me in a dressing room and gave me tons of options to go through. It definitely made my shopping experience less stressful. I went in to return some shorts that unfortunately didn't weather the washing machine well. Chrystal was kind enough to give me a store credit so I went in search of a pair of jeans. After looking around for 5 minutes Chrystal came over to talk to me about what I was looking for, how the jeans fit and what sizes would work for me. She had a few pairs picked out, the Billie fit great. I told her I wanted a skinny jean as well, she brought back exactly what I needed in the perfect size. Wow major sensory overload! They must have just received a couple semi trucks full of inventory. The store had jeans, tops and jackets piled high everywhere. The walls were covered with tops, each one different than the other. Buckle carries the latest upscale designer jeans for junior/ladies and men. Plus the selection is much larger per each designer than Dillard's, Macy's etc. They carry itty bitty sizes (22 waist) to size 17 in juniors/ladies. I noticed availability of 4 inseam sizes and the option of skinny, regular or boot cut leg for the junior/ladies jeans. They do free alterations on the jeans or they will ship your size to your house if they don't have it in stock. Not sure about the men's sizes but you're guaranteed a hefty selection of styles. I've shopped here many times and have always found something I Needed! Lol. The staff is always helpful. You'll need their help too because the volume of inventory seems to always be overwhelming for the store size. Got an awesome pair of Rock Revival skinny jeans. I star deduct for overwhelming amount of inventory for store size - a bit chaotic. read more

Great Service. I went to the mall to do my once every 3 yr load-up of new jeans. I went to JCP and Macy's where their employees were more concerned about talking to each other than customers. I just walked out on both then I found the Buckle. Within 2-3 minutes of looking, sales girl (Jordan) approached me, answered questions and got me into a dressing room to load up with jeans to try on. Very friendly staff. Very helpful and she kept bringing me more stuff until i had everything i needed. I was all done within 30 minutes and had my day's shopping done. I was pleasantly surprised with the crew that works there. Must be good training and good management leading that team of talent. I will return. read more

I've had such a hard time finding good jeans that fit well until I found Buckle in the Woodlands Mall! Walked in and immediately Sarah came over and helped me out. Asked me what I liked and didn't like about my current jeans and what size I was wearing now. I gave her my requirements about needing no rips or holes because I can't wear them to work and she proceeded to find me about 8 pair to try on. I've found that when taking to good salespeople, being honest and not worrying about what they think of me is best because they don't really think bad of you if you are needing a bigger size, they want to help you get the best fit so you are happy. She wasn't critical when I said I didn't like something. Found 3 I loved but 2 were too long as usual and I started to despair. Sarah let me know they alter for free!!!! She pinned up my 2 hems, rang me up and I was out the door with one pair in about an hour. Alterations are always back on the next Friday so went back the next Friday and they were perfectly hemmed! I've purchased three pair of Salvage Jeans from Buckle in the past eight months. Fit & Form, I love them. However (and this is the kicker); ALL THREE PAIR HAVE TORN IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT along the inseam. This isn't an issue of seams, or failed stitching; this is an issue where the fabric has catastrophically failed, an issue of POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP! When I pay $100 for a pair of pants, I demand quality befitting of the cost. Shoddy craftsmanship is entirely unacceptable. A complete waste of money, and horribly embarrassing. read more

They never ever seem to have my husband's size in the jeans he wants cause it's a popular size....meaning they should carry more. It's not rocket science. When we asked one of the workers if they had more in the back, they didn't but she tried to find one of similar style. The problem was it was 50 shades darker than the ones my husband was holding. The reason he had those in his hand is because he liked the style AND color. I don't know why they suggest something completely different. We didn't have time to get the ones he wanted shipped before we went back overseas either. I also see they still have those ridiculously heavy mannequins not affixed to the table....the same kind that almost killed my daughter when it fell off the table even though I wrote corporate about it. I suggest Buckle changes the way they do business cause until they do, they won't get mine. read more

My daughter and I went to the Buckle in The Woodlands Mall and an employee named Haley told my daughter (size 3) that she is very short and they could hem then for her! Not knowing that my daughter has a complex about being 5'1. I asked to try some Miss Me jeans on as well and Haley told me that I can try some "ease" jeans since I have bigger hips and thighs! I'm a size 8 smaller than the saleslady! I told her that she ruined our entire day and she rolled her eyes and we walked out. I contacted the manager and he told me to that I can go to other stores that carry those jeans......I thne told the corporate office and they don't care about what happened. Horrible place to shop! Rude. Rude. Rude. I was only purchasing a single shirt. I got in line, and waited my turn. The associate behind the counter finished the transaction in front of me, and walked off after making eye contact with me. Then, a couple walks up, and is promptly helped by a different associate that walked up from the sales floor. She also made eye contact with me, but never offered a greeting of any sort, not even "we'll be right with you" kind of thing. So she calls a third associate over, and I'm thinking that she's called this person over to check me out finally. Nope. She has a question about how to fix something she messed up on the transaction that she was doing. As the third one was about to walk off, she made eye contact and asked if I was ready to check out. I say yes, and put my shirt on the counter. She asks me for a phone number, and I give her my home number. She asks me for my name, and I asked her why she needed that information. "It's stored in an electronic database and we keep track of your purchases and email you promotions and sales". Um, no thanks. I told her that I don't shop here often enough to give her that information. Her demeanor changed immediately when I declined to give her what she was asking. She told me the dollar amount, took my payment, stuffed the shirt & receipt in a tiny bag (it was a gift - she could have at least folded it and put it in a decent bag) handed it to me, and walked off. Needless to say, I will not be back to this store. I would have scrapped the whole thing, but the shirt wasn't available anywhere else. read more
