They honestly have a wide selection of designs and colors and as long as you have constant communication, then things should be fine as they call you and also email you. I have made some pretty awesome designs with them from Pikachu pocket shirts to Koifish hoodies for the organizations that I am a part of at Emory University. People who pre-order with me are super happy for the cost and quality. The people here are very nice and they really do whatever they can to make you happy. A lot of times, it's the price that turns me away but for them, you can always talk back and compromise. The graphics designer really tries to make sure to create what you want. There was a design of a koi fish that I submitted, but the image was in low resolution. At first, he made another whole new design, but he saw how sad I was and how I really wanted the original one. He took it upon himself to get back and spend extra time to make it work. At the end of the day it worked and no one asked him to do that. He wanted the challenge and to give me a smile at the end of the day. The process normally takes about 2-3 weeks, but you can always speed up the process to as little as 1 week with extra costs. Superb group. I am super happy for this company and I will continue to come here for anything I need as I create my brand or help a club out during my College years. I love this place and the people.

The owner never called me back, as he said he would, I had to call him today to get the final disposition. Although his girl Brooke remembers the art he said he didn't know if I even gave it to them even though he was not involved in the task. I had some work done by them for the company I work for, which they completed on time, but now ... I hesitate bringing any additional work to them. Personally I'd be careful with this operation ... not reliable enough for me to try again.

I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. They do embroidery (any article of clothing they can do! and in bulk too!) or screen printing of clothing or heat press. I recently had a baby and designed some cute onesies for my baby. The embroidery that they can do is also awesome! Any color, design, font etc (great for family reunions too or just cause!) They also do lots of paper printing- whether it is business cards, fliers, brochures, banners for advertising your business, window decals for anything, advertising on vehicles, making removable decals for a bedroom, stickers for anything, photo printing... it's amazing. Whatever you need- they are always work with me on my budget. Production is in-house, so they are accountable, and timely.
