I priced parts online, bought what I needed front and rear, took box to Heber Auto for install after setting an appointment, and all was well. I did see a sign that stated they don't provide a guarantee if you bring in your own parts, but Craig who did the work seemed happy with the parts and had no trouble with the install. It was a win for me because it was closer to home and I needed the cost savings. It was a win for them because they got paid and have a new satisfied customer. Was not a win for Honda World who I'm sure would have done an excellent job but overpriced their parts & service.

Took my truck to Wolfords in January after (not my fault)…read moreT-Boning someone that ran a stop sign. It took Wolfords 8 weeks to finish my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back I became aware of what took so long. In the bed of my truck were beer cans. So the two possibilities that I can think of are 1. Someone at Wolfords was using my truck for personal use, which included consuming alcohol or 2. Wolfords allows their employees to consume alcohol on the job. Neither option is great. Either way, I was upset with how long the job took and was put out of ease that there were beer cans in the back of my vehicle.

He contacted a retired engibe builder and he recommended Arkansas 24 hr wrecker service so I drove it to his facility and we discused prices. He said he could put me a head gasket on and send me out the door in 2 to 3 days with no warranty or rebuild my motor for 12 to 15 thousand dollars and would have it ready in 2 to 3 weeks. After waiting for a month and a half my son and I drove down to his shop and there was parts all over my fender and all over the floor. The owner wasn't there so we left and I contacted him on a regular basis and it would be a week sometimes before he would get back to me. my truck broke down the first part of February and late may I got my truck back after writing a $25,555.64 check and got a receipt with the promise of a warranty mailed to my addres. I never received my warranty and my motor is black with oil leaks all over it. I've had to replace the 6 intake manifold gaskets , I'm pretty sure the new ones were never replaced. I've recently contacked him thru text messages and told him I was turning it over to my lawyer and he said do what you have to do. I wouldn't let them work on my 10 speed bicycle I would rather walk first. When he dropped my trailer he just dropped it in the dirt and warped my dolly legs because it didn't have the extended dolly legs on it.
