They wanted to help, but they did not have a light bar to go on the trailer, and they would not tow it "illegally" and risk my equipment getting hit while they were towing it. I called another company who eagerly accepted the tow. When the other driver had it all hooked up, I asked about a light bar. He said they didn't have one. I appreciate the integrity of J.T. Towing by not accepting something they couldn't do legally and giving up the income from the tow. Even though they did not tow me, I appreciate their integrity. AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire.
