We were stranded on I-40 and had our car towed to Cabot, AR. We were referred to them through the…read moretow company that picked up our car. These guys rearranged other work to fit us in, fix our car and get us back on the road before they closed for the day. Not only all of this but we were stranded at a local hotel without transportation, they came to our hotel to get our key fob to work on the car and then came back to our hotel to pick me up and take me to get my car. As far as I am concerned they went out of their way to help us and get everything taken care of the way that they did. They also didn't charge through the nose to fix what needed fixed, they did so at a great value to us. They were all extremely friendly and joking around with each other and their customers in the shop. The gentleman who owns the shop also gave me his card with his number and told me that if we had any more trouble to call him. He could only help us so far out but he could recommend someone that could help us between Cabot, AR and our destination of Ft. Worth, TX. I would 100% recommend this shop and their emplolyees!

I had an exceptionally positive experience with Kenny, the owner and mechanic. Kenny seems to be very competent and was a good communicator while my vehicle was in his care. Admittedly, I'm no expert in automotive costs, so after receiving my bill for a replaced front axel I followed up with a man more in the know: he confirmed that I had indeed received a very fair price for the parts and labor. I've taken my car to Austin Bros. in the past, but will probably bring it back to Budget Automotive next time it needs servicing!

They also said I needed front brakes and that would be $1000. The gas tank has nothing to do with the sensor and does not need to be removed to replace the sensor. Big time ripoff here. I pulled my Yukon out without repairs and had to pay them over $100 for the ripoff estimate. I took the Yukon to Midas and parts and labor was $175 for the evap sensor. Brakes was $100

These guys stuck with this intermittent problem and found the cure was an intermittent soft failure in the ecm. Engine control module. As an electrical engineer that has worked over 40 years in industry, I can't say enough about how difficult a ghost problem can be. The mechanics at Maces stayed the course methodically checking off each potential failure point until the beast rared its ugly head at the right moment. The bottom line is that my van is fixed only due to the dedication of these guys to find the real cause and fix it. Thanks.
