Had a Canister Purge Valve replaced in my Camaro. Randal in parts and Stephanie is service department were great! Hopefully that resolved my check engine light. AutoZone check the code and JK did the repair. I love my car!

Pricing games, forced add-ons, and sales tactics don't work on me and I'm upfront about that from the start. I spoke with five other dealerships during this process, and honestly, most of them missed the mark. Too many games, not enough transparency. Originally, I reached out to Elizabeth Patten (listed as Internet Sales Manager), but she let me know she had moved to a different department and pointed me to Rami Hammad and I'm glad she did. Rami was exactly what you hope for in a car-buying experience: straightforward, responsive, and zero games. He's personable, sharp, and actually listens something that's become rare in this industry. It felt like dealing with how dealerships used to operate. If you're in the market for a vehicle, new or used, do yourself a favor and ask for Rami. He'll take care of you the right way. And to management whoever hired him made the right call. As long as he's there, you've got my business.

Major issue on the day of pick-up. I have other than factory GPS with cameras/alarm when the service tech was done with all the work. I got a warning that the car had left the dealership. So I checked the Drone Mobil app to see where the car was headed. Caught the speed it was going at 93 mph and snapped a picture of the speed at 89 mph and slowing down. Can't prove that he was doing over 93 mph, but the car was already slowing. So use your imagination from there. Can't even begin to tell you how upset I was at the situation. So I called the dealer even before the tech was back from his test drive. I talked to someone, and they put the service manager on the line, and I explained to him what was going on. Of course, he was upset. So I got off work and went and had a face-to-face with him. He was very apologetic that one of his techs would do that in a customer's vehicle. Said he and the shop foreman were going to have a one-on-one talk with the employee. And then with the rest of the techs. Did they lose a customer for life. I'm not sure yet. But as I write this review I don't think I will ever go back to them. Sometimes one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch.

The vehicle was advertised with an upgraded package that included a mobile charger--something I confirmed with the salesperson, Jacob, as it was essential for my trip. After signing paperwork, I was told the car was charged--but there was no mobile charger in the vehicle. I was told it would be shipped within 4 days. It wasn't. When I followed up, I learned it hadn't been shipped at all. I explained the inconvenience and asked for compensation for public charging fees, which totaled over $260. Eventually, they sent a charger--but it was the wrong one. Then they sent another to the wrong city. I was asked to drive an hour and a half back to pick it up myself. I submitted receipts as requested, but neither Jacob nor the General Sales Manager, Mike, followed up. I had to chase them down every time. The car also came with a free home install of the Ford Charge Station Pro. The dealership had no idea how to initiate this. I had to contact the install company myself--only to find they'd entered the wrong email, so I wasn't getting communication. Multiple calls later, I finally got it straightened out. Again, no help from the dealership. It has now been 111 days since I bought the car, and the experience has been full of broken promises and poor communication. If you buy from Philpott Ford, get everything in writing. But honestly, I'd recommend choosing a dealership that actually supports their customers after the sale.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager this morning and they are going to try and make things…read moreright. They are taking my truck back to repair what they can and put me in a loaner vehicle while they have my truck. It is greatly appreciated. I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from there on July 23. When I asked about whether the dealership had a standard limited warranty (even a 30 day), I was told no, but if something wasn't right, they would take care of it if it was immediately noticed. Well, the first issue I had was that there was a recall on the truck that could have been very dangerous. I found it on the car fax, but when I asked the salesman about it, he said he had no idea about it. The second issue I had was the backup camera failed the day after I bought it. The third issue I had was the AC started blowing hot air less than a week after I had it. I imagine that they gave it a quick recharge just to show it had cold air. After paying $200 one week and one day after I had it, it appears there is a leak in the AC line. By one week and two days, my brakes are squeaking and when I slow down to make a stop, the truck shakes. What exactly did Twin City Honda to to this truck during their inspection? Most likely, nothing really. Makes me wish I would have just purchased from a private seller-you get the same liabilities buying from a private seller as you do a dealership. I have voiced my issues to the dealership and they didn't do anything. I was asked whether I purchased a warranty and I did not. From experience, they are worthless. Think twice before buying from this dealership. They do the absolute bare minimum on their used vehicles and that is a shame. Would be nice to know they would stand by what they sell, but they're only out to make a quick buck. Looks like in addition to the price of the vehicle, I'm looking at dropping at least another thousand into repairing what should have been taken care of by the dealership BEFORE they put this truck on the lot. 10 days in of having this truck and the AC is broke, needs new rotors and brakes, the back up camera needs to be replaced, and I pray nothing else goes wrong!

We contacted the correct people and went about the correct channels to get it resolved. We got the run around for over TWO MONTHS. Then all of a sudden the "chip" had grown (obviously) and they were not able to fix it because it was passed 6 inches. The amount of confused, frustrated, and defeated I am with Honda is insane. They completely scammed me into purchasing this scam package making me believe windshield, tire, dent, and oils changes would be covered. Not only that, but I came to get my oil change that is covered and it's $170 because some fluid isn't covered. WHAT?! The oils change that is covered isn't covered?! I'm so done with them. BEWARE!!!! I am going through the proper channels to get this resolved legally.

I go in to the dealership to sign all the necessary paperwork and we discovered there is hidden prices that are not disclosed until you sit down with your salesman. After the fees that they were trying to add to the car, the price of the car would have been $36,000. NO WAY am I paying that much for a used vehicle. I'm sure I could have found one cheaper and probably new at that price. Once I told my salesman I was backing out of the deal, I was immediately shunned. I had asked my salesman to call my husband and go over the price with him and when my husband told the salesman that we did not agree with the price he hung the phone up on my husband. I got all of the necessary paperwork from our bank that I provided to the salesman. I had previously put down a down payment to hold the car until we got our approval from the bank, which was told to me that we would get a refund. When I asked for my refund the salesman completely avoided me for at least 45 minutes before I had to demand a receipt for my refund or I was not leaving the property. This dealership is crooked and will try to screw you in the end. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them.
