I'm getting new flooring and my existing floor isn't level, not conducive to plank, already one of them had walked on the float :( As the day unfolded the weather & industrial fans helping we are able to stay home. Good thing since one of them decided to do a walkabout. I called to cancel. Fully expecting to pay the nominal cancel fee but Malone said "oh no! You're fine" did i mention she's lovely? She said it was an emergency thing and she was glad we'd all be staying home, much more comfortable & less stressful for the cats. I have only ever heard good things, going all the way back to their original location on the Eastside. No question, if i ever need to board the kids, that's where they're going. He treated me and my boyfriend kindly and made sure all our questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed. He took care of our old senior girl and removed a huge tumor from her that other vets didn't want to do because of the size. He even went out of his way to call the following morning to check in on her to see how she was doing. His staff is also nice specifically Lainey who I want to thank for being so kind and also not rushing me on the phone.
