Typically this is while traveling or camping, and I have extremely low expectations of the experience. Tonight changed that standard. Long story short, my dryer is out of commission and I had a big ikea bag full of wet laundry that needed immediate attention. I drove past another establishment because of the reviews for this place. Super clean, welcoming space, even a roomy restaurant room. I just needed a dry so I came to the left wall and picked my lucky number machine and let er rip. $1 for 24 minutes and I can use a CC? Yes please. (Though I did stare at the machines trying to figure out which reader worked which dryer but that's my fumble. Maybe bigger arrows would help?!?) There was a game show running on a large screen tv with the volume down enough that my AirPods could noise cancel the sound. Free WiFi too! It was 84 degrees at 8pm and after a long day doing errands in the heat, I greatly appreciated the frosty AC. Was told that they would look for it & call me back. About an hour later I get a phone call stating I never paid for my laundry. I stated I have the receipt & the attendant stated they called the wrong number. Then I get another phone call that they cant find my laundry and that I didn't pay for my laundry. I told them I was coming down there. By the time I got there they miraculously found the receipt ..but still my laundry was missing. I told them I wanted a refund & they lady told me she can't. It took a 1/2 hr of arguing to get my money back for a service that was not provided.

Laurel/Moorestown area is a complete dead zone for "quality" laundromats. There are only a smattering of beat to shit, run down, mom and pop joints. Having gone to TWO others, that were somehow worse than this one, I decided to trust the reviews and head here. *Whomp whomp* Walking in, I notice all the usual malcontents that typically frequent a laundromat. There is a woman immediately complaining about the soda machine, and very aggressively telling another patron that dryer 9 is open. There is a guy with a Vietnam vet hat and BDU jacket quietly sitting off to the side; his coffee on the counter where the cash register is. The counter is empty. I notice that everything is coin operated, but there are no change machines. A man notices me confusingly looking around and asks if I need change. He takes me to the counter, and I hand him a $20, and he hands me back a pre sorted laundry detergent cap filled with quarters. Not trusting THAT shit, I go to the sorting table to verify that there was indeed $20 in quarters. (There were...the pre sorting system must be good. ‍) So, I go to wash and notice that washing machines are almost SIX. DOLLARS. to wash. Now, granted, it's been a LONG time since I was in a laundromat, but SIX DOLLARS FOR A MID SIZED MACHINE?! That seems super excessive. The small machines are Maytag commercial units, straight from the early 80s, and although they SAY $2.25 ON THEM, they are most certainly $2.75 to use. The dryers are .25 for 5 minutes, which, since washing is $5.75, they SHOULD be free. I got my clothes washed, (over $17 for 3 loads), but I will absolutely not be back here.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up!
