I called and got an appointment when I wanted it. When we got there, an individual came to the car , looked at the tires and said they were in good shape and they would check the rear tire to make sure there wasn't something wrong. They found a screw in the tire, repaired it and charged us nothing! I will go back there and send my friends.

When I brought it to the service managers attention, he said they would order a new part to fix it. Then it changed and they said they could fix the scratches on the chrome and then I got a call stating that it was worse now than before. Now there are bubbles in the chrome strip and they just want to take the cheap way out and do a vinyl wrap on the plastic chrome. After getting upset and saying thats not acceptable, the service manager said I'll just order the part since it should have been replaced and said it would be here next week. The day before my appointment I get a call saying we aren't going to replace it, instead we want to get your car for a couple of days and get a professional body shops opinion. This is after they lied to me again stating they ordered the part and it would be here Thursday. Each time I take my vehicle to them, I get it back worse than it was the time before. Now it's going to cost me over $2000 to fix the damage they caused because they want to take the cheap way out and do a vinyl wrap that will not last like the original chrome. By the way, they originally tried to fix the scratches on the plastic chrome by buffing them out which caused it to make the chrome pull away from the plastic. I tried telling them that you can't buff plastic out and one employee told me "you would be surprised at what they could do". I even have it on recording that they damaged it and it should of been replaced. The tech that damaged my car has been fired. Do not use these people, they will bold face lie to you. You will be told that the general manager is the one that makes the decisions and when you finally get in touch with him, he states he's only over sales after being told he is the one to talk to (lies again). I did tell him to have the manager call me that is over the place and I have yet to hear from anyone and that was 5 days ago. They are the worst people to deal with.
