Went to try to trade it today and they offered me way less than Half of what I paid last year stating that they couldn't sell my bike do to it being modified with other parts that was not Harley and they can't sell this because they can't sell a warranty for it. Would have been nice if they would have just never sold this to me to begin with because it is still the same parts as it had when I bought it last year guess they must have changed their policy since last year and don't care that the royalty screwed me. Hope this stealership gets a revival soon in their sales team. There other departments are good this review is just for the sales manager.

I took my wife's Toyota truck in for an oil change last week, and we were happy with our visit. We had no issues getting an appointment, and they were pretty accurate how long it would take to check everything out and do an oil change. My biggest concern was in the past, we would take our vehicles to other dealerships and mechanics and they would try to up sale on work that never needed done in the first place. This occurred all the time on my wife but never to me. When we went to J Pauley Toyota, they never tried to up sale on anything. This was a relief to my wife. I wish more dealerships were like this. Honestly, and integrity should always be the key to business. I can say that J Pauley Toyota has both. We look forward to our next visit.

After buying my Camry, Kirk set up all the programing (connecting my phone to the car) and explained what every little gadget was and how to use them. I will buy from them again. It took a little getting used to my new car but I love it and I loved the price I bought it for.
