I have been using JNK Services since 1997. I had a multiple unit franchise business in the San Fernando Valley Jave and her team did all of our daily use (biz cards, stationary, multi-page order forms etc..) along with our larger marketing projects which included large posters, banners and other promotional marketing collateral. I had gone to Costco for prints, was treated extremely poorly, worst customer service ever. I had been yelled at over the phone, for canceling my prints when I did not know they were printed already. I then re ordered, was told to pay in person, "just in case", and when I received my prints they were terrible, I paid simply because I did not want to cause any more commotion or anger. I went to Kinko's and I was not attended to properly and the colors of the prints were not what I was looking for. I had gone to J-n-k and I was happy with the quality of prints, I was printing my art portfolio for a prestigious art school, so I needed the best quality I could get.
