The owner Jave seemed very nice at first instance, obviously to get your business, at least that was my experience. My advice for anyone reading this is: DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT USING YOUR CARD, IF YOU HAVE TO, PLEASE PAY CASH. I did and regretted it. HAVE THEM CONFIRM YOUR FINAL COST IN WRITING BEFORE AGREEING TO PROCEED. I ordered various different cards, doubled sided totalling 260 cards altogether from JNK and paid the deposit using my credit card. She quoted me $69 for that job, which I agreed. They completely messed up the order, with missing cards here and there and on some cards they printed less than I asked for and on others more than I asked for, etc. A complete mess and waste of time, given that I took my time to write all instructions on an email. I reached out to her and she agreed to print the missing cards only, which was normal. Well, when I went around to pick up those missing cards, she brought way more cards than the missing ones, I was very surprised but she said it was easier for her to do it that way. Then, she presented me with an invoice of almost $400 and demanded payment. I refused to sign the credit card slip for obvious reasons and asked her to show me the quotation I agreed to. She became VERY ABUSIVE, THREATENING and DISRESPECTFUL. When I looked at that quotation again, there were hidden design fees in another section of the invoice and SHOCKINGLY She added New Charges that didn't appear on the quotation. I challenged her about that, saying I'm not going to pay you for charges we never discussed about and you never brought to my attention and more importantly they are not on this quotation. More DRAMA, ABUSE AND THREATS, etc... when I still refuse to sign the slip but funny enough, she refused to remove those charges and claimed that I added 4 cards to the original order. I reminded her that she said that wasn't a problem then and it won't affect the final price. She claimed to be doing me a favor as that order was actually around $600??? Went on to threaten to refund my deposit and that I should give her back the cards. I got tired of the all unnecessary drama, and I didn't feel safe as I was recovering from my discharge from ICU and chose to stand up and left without taking the new cards she printed. The next day, I checked my credit card statement, and was shocked to see that she went ahead and charged my card for the Full Amount, I refused to pay. CREDIT CARD THEFT, VERBAL ABUSE AND EMPTY THREATS, etc... I wrote her an email to tell her, I will be filing a Lawsuit shortly. People like that, should be brought in front a judge so they can explain this unethical behaviour. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR CREDIT CARD AND HAVE HER CONFIRM BACK TO YOU IN WRITING YOUR FINAL COST AND WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN COST AND COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL, SO YOU CAN YOUR CONVERSATION HISTORY IN WRITING. read more
