I have nothing but good things to say about Bryan and Tami and their crew. They weren't the lowest…read morebid, but the wide variety of shingle choices, colors and coatings were better than everyone else. Most places that came in around their price used the cheapest shingles with a shorter warranty period. That coupled with the conversation I had with Bryan sold me. He was knowledgable and seemed to really care about what he does. The roof looks fantastic. They used high quality materials and what I asked for is what I got. Can't say anything better than that. They were on time every morning (much to the teenager's vexation) and cleaned up every day. My driveway was actually cleaner than when they began. They completed the job on time and dead on the budget. I repeat, ON BUDGET. The quote was what they charged me. And to me, that means a lot. Please keep in mind that this is a family business. If they don't call you back straight away they will get back to you as soon as they can. To the review that commented about another roofing company saying they had a bad reputation... They're the competition, probably not an unbiased opinion. Also... We have a structure covering our front porch that always looked like an afterthought. Like it didn't really belong. It was glass and it was always dirty. It was very close to the roof and was clogged with moss and leaves. Bryan and his crew did an excellent job of moving it up, putting plywood down, painting and roofing it. Now it looks like part of the house and I couldn't be happier.

We called for a bid to clean our roof in August 2024. We got the bid quickly and wanted to…read moreschedule. We were made aware it would be a while before they could get out due to other obligations. We were fine with that. The roof was cleaned November 2024, and they did a good job. Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

Juan arrived on time and informed me of the possible factors that could affect his free quote. He…read moregave me a free quote on writing and some time, without calling me too much to push his services. He and his helper trimmed the windows to place them correctly, exchanged insulation,/ fixed siding, and even added leftover siding to another part of the house. Finally, he purchased some match paint and painted over all that had been worked on.

The good: -competitively priced, one of the cheaper quotes we received -good quality materials: porcelain tile slabs -frequent communication -finished product seems to be functionally ok, for now -we had a toilet leak during the construction period, Juan reseated the toilet properly and fixed the leak promptly, this was much appreciated. The bad The work was overall sloppy, in many regards. First and foremost, after Juan installed the valve and plumbing, they caused a small leak into our living room below during water testing. This required them to open up the ceiling downstairs, dry it out, and patch up the drywall and repaint (see pictures below). This honestly freaked me out and increased my vigilance throughout the project. During shower door installation, they cracked one of the slabs requiring it to be replaced. This was fine, but the waterproofing patch job looked uneven and thin, but they did come out and re-coat it after I brought this up. The shower door hinges were poorly installed initially. The screws were not countersunk and sticking out; I even confirmed with the shower door manufacturer that this was not correct. We had a lot of back and forth about this; Juan eventually replaced the screws with ones that fit more properly. Wall edge at the end of the shower looks very uneven, and the caulking has cracked and the wall on the tub side even has a hole in it at the transition. On the last day, I asked them to replace the shower arm to raise our showerhead, as it was low; I purchased a gooseneck from Lowe's myself, but Juan initially told me "you can do it yourself" however because they already installed a standard shower arm. He did end up putting it in at the end but it was installed improperly; it was crooked, so I decided to replace it myself afterwards as I was already quite stressed with this project already and this was a simple fix. After taking the shower arm off, I found no teflon tape on the threads, but instead a thin layer of some kind of goo. I'm not a plumber, but teflon tape is generally recommended to seal the threads. I cleaned the threads off and installed the shower arm with properly applied teflon tape with a thin layer of pipe dope. At least the copper elbow in the wall felt solid. Overall, the wet area seems ok, we're not having any leaks (so far), and the shower is functional; however, I felt the project was rushed, communication, while frequent, was poor, and the end product is just sloppy. In the end I was told "I worry too much about everything." I'll post the pictures of the areas of concern and you can judge for yourself. We saved a few thousand dollars, but in hindsight, I wish I hired someone else and saved myself a lot of stress.
