Their first quotes were ABSURDLY expensive... the salesman was VERY pushy, but eventually gave me a reasonable quote (still higher than average, but I took into account the materials they used). Beau came out to my house in Lacey for a roofing bid. Was very helpful going over the bid and the materials used and answering my questions.

2 young salesman came to my home for an estimate. They portrayed themselves as decent people even going as far as announcing they were Christian. I guess because they clearly saw from my home that I am. They then proceeded to high pressure sell me a new roof. I only needed the back half done as I had done front half 3 years ago. (Different company) they originally quoted 29,000 dollars but after hours of pushing me they agreed to do just the back half for 9,000. They of course made the fake call to their boss and said friends and family discount but I had to sign today. And give them 2 good reviews and a sign in my yard and write a testimony about how great they were. They asked for a deposit of 1000. I gave it to them in cash and got a handmade receipt. I got financing thru them. And waited to hear from them. Only to finally reach them by phone 3 weeks later and be told they canceled my job because it was too little and insignificant to bother. They knew how desperate I was my floors were dropping in one area. I have not gotten back my 1000. I can't reach them by phone now. I am disabled and broke and still have no roof. I found entire websites on social media that are people like me that have been scammed by DaBella exteriors. Don't let them in your house. read more

Now, Dabella will not stop calling my phone 5-6x per day. I have called their customer service line one time for this concern. Dabella scammed my elderly mother for two plastic (acrylic) shower installs in March of 2023. They are okay looking but not nearly worth the 17k price tag for each! To top it off after she passed and we where working on the home we found all of the debris from the job still in the crawl space, they literally left it all, their idea of repairing the vapor barrier in the crawl space was to loosely tape plastic bags over the opening they had created offering no protection under the home. To make matters worse the financing places a lien against your home even if your credit worthy without the collateral. DaBella is a horrid company praying on the elderly and using aggressively pushy tactics to make their sales. read more

The price was fair and the the work was done much sooner than we expected. The renters were pleased and so were we. They were fast and efficient. We are very pleaded with Will and the installers. I am not sure how DaBella got my number, but they have spent almost everyday the last couple months calling my phone. I didn't answer right away because it showed up as a TX number and I am in Washington State. The customer service rep would call and leave a message and all they would say on the voicemail is, "Hello?" Or "Am I speaking with Nicole?" I have called several times and spoken to someone and asked to be taken off their list and they are still calling my phone almost every day. Sometimes as late as 8 30 pm. I have spoken with two different customer service reps today as the first one would talk over me, would not refer me to anyone higher up, would not even give me a name. And then she ended up ending the call. Caitlyn who I spoke with was very helpful. I'm not sure why the calls every day, and am not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but it is very frustrating. read more

We had DaBella provide an estimate for a roof replacement. If you want to deal with a high pressure sale this is who you want. They were only supposed to be here for 90 minutes. They were here for 4 hours! Our house is a little over 1400 sq feet, the first price they gave us was almost $42,000. Then we played the game of having to call the boss to get a better deal. Then it was $31,000 today only. We repeatedly told them we wanted to get other estimates. I finally left the room and they continued to pressure my husband for another 20 minutes. After they finally left I researched the company and almost all of the reviews were very similar to this one. We did get an estimate from another company for $25,000. read more

I paid $43,000 plus for James Hardy siding on my house in Matlock, WA. There were problems with the job, and the installers. The General Manager, in Olympia, said the problems will be taken care of. Instead, they were ignored along with our calls to him. I am now forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Attorney General. I am not happy with Arabella,e decided to have our rod done they had told us we will have A12 month deferral. They assured us the whole time the process for the rod was being done we had the 12 month deferral. When everything was done and we get a bill from finance we found out there was no deferral, when we contacted Dabella they admitted they messed up and will not honor what was told too us. This is bad business and it is on Dabella not the finance they should of verified everything and let the customer know if the deferral was approved or not before the rod was installed and completed so the customer is not stuck with something that was not what was told they will receive. No matter which way you look at it Dabella is at fault for poor customer interacting and leaving customer stuck with something they didn't want. read more

I signed a contract in August 2022 to have DaBella install a walk-in shower in my master bathroom. I was asked if I had flexibilty with the scheduling of the job. I went over dates with Emily and was very adamant that I could be flexible through October 2022 and I needed assurance the job would be completed by then. She said of course that wouldn't be a problem and scheduled the shower to be installed Oct. 6th&7th. The 6th of October came and went not one word from DaBella. I made several calls to DaBella and spoke with Emily. Each time she promised to call me back and of course never did. There was always an excuse such as "I was sick" "i'm trying to catch up on my backlog of calls" etc...etc. Finally on Oct. 12th I called and of course Emily answers the phone. I ask to speak to a manager and Emily immediately wanted to know who I was and why I needed to speak to a manager. I told her I didn't want to speak to her as she hadn't called me back as she said she would on 4 different occasions and I needed a resolution and firm date for the installation of my shower. Emily then passes me to Faith (Project Co-ordinator) I told her she was only the Project Co-ordinator and I specifically asked to speak to a manager. She refused my request so I asked how to cancel this and get my $5k deposit back? She proceeded to tell me if I cancel then I would be responsible for paying for the materials that had already been delivered to DaBella for my job. She also said that the Oct. 6th installation date was only an estimated date but she believed her installer had an opening on Oct. 21st and could install the shower then. However she needed to call and confirm this with the installer and she would call me back. I made it clear I expected a call back. I hung up the phone at exactly 12:34 PM and at 12:50 PM Faith called me saying she had scheduled my install for Oct. 24th & 25th. Oct. 24th came and went without a word from DaBella or their installer. Oct 25th also came and went without a word from DaBella. This is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with. Considering I have done a complete remodel of my home over the past year and I have dealt with many companies and contractors I know what to expect and not one of the companies were as unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy as DaBella has been. It actually took filing a complaint with BBB in order to get a response from this company and get my shower installed. The installer Santos was great. The shower seems to be installed correctly but I'm not a professional. Time will tell how well it will hold up. I honestly can't recommend DaBella though given how unresponsive they are to their customers. read more

Dealing with DaBella has been very easy. Emily and Carla both came out and did a complete inspection and creating a 3D diagram of my house to get exact measurements of my roof. Other roofing companies i have come and do estimates on, just took a quick look and threw some numbers at me. Emily and Carla both sat down with me and went over their product options in great detail and even showed me several different quotes. The both of them worked with me to get the project to fit into my budget. After the initial meeting, Emily was amazing, working hard getting the project financed and writing up contracts. There were times where I thought to myself, "Does she ever sleep?" Emily made my whole experience with Dabella very worth the call I made. When it comes to more home exterior projects, I will be calling Emily and DaBella again. read more

This is the worst company ever. We hired them in June to fix a broken window. Paid them over $1000 as a down payment and were told "Everything is back ordered so it may take some time to get to your project." Fine. Didn't hear from them for a month. I call to get an update. The receptionist says, I'll send an email and someone should reach out to you in two business days. They don't. I call again. Same thing. I email the person who billed me. She says call the manager, Michael, here's his number. I call, three times. Leave two messages. I hear nothing. My husband calls. No assistance. We call the guy who came out and gave us the bid. He tells us he doesn't work for this company anymore but he'll try to reach out to someone to help. We don't hear from anyone. It's now August and every person we've talked to refers us to someone who doesn't answer their phone or who's mailbox is full. I requested a refund, asked for verification (which they gave) but I still have not gotten my money back. It is September! I've already reached out to another company during all of this and they've fixed my window. For much less I might add. This company is a scam and a joke. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

Now, a year later, we have LEAKS and a water restoration co came and low and behold, the leak spots are where they used the wrong nails. when I had filed a complaint on the facia boards and bird blind issues that these sales people said NO PROBLEM! I was told that they only do THE TOP OF THE ROOF! really?! not what I was told. They had the audacity to say the sales guys were from Idaho ? idgaf they are your employees! I paid $2,500 cash down payment to have my bathroom remodeled back in early March 2021 & they still will not return phone calls. POOR communication on their part, EXTREMELY poor customer support. I tried calling the manager of the Lacey store but the phone automatically bounces to a 800 number. They say the only thing they can do is to E-Mail a manager and have them call me, but that has only happened once. My next call is to request a refund of my deposit if they don't respond my Monday. At this point I DO NOT recommend DaBella at all. However, I hope of remaining optimistic is dwindling. My next rating will totally depend on how DaBella responds.
