Worst worst worst customer service ever. No sense in signing up on the list cause they take whoever they want. They did a good job on my daughter and nieces nails but the bad service isn't worth it. Honestly the worst customer service ever! I called ahead - They take no appointments per the owner/manager. Walk in only. I asked if they were busy. No come in. I waited for an hour. And the woman next to me was there for 45 mins. Waiting! No one said hello! No one told us how long it would be. Patiently waiting on service. A woman came in and they took her ahead of us!!!!! I got a manicure the other day. She gave me a bowl of plain cold water to soak before she started. I said it's cold, so I got a bowl of warm water to soak. There wasn't any soap or anything in the water. Then she continued to push back my cuticles without any cuticle softener or cream first. She clipped my cuticles and painted my nails. No hand lotion, no massage. Other than the nail polish she didn't use any products, but I was charged as if I had a full manicure. Not happy with it at all!! read more

I was nervous to try a nail salon, but i'm glad i did! i was greeted by everyone when i walked in and the nail tech who did my nails asked me about colors and what i'm looking for and helped me pick the perfect look i wanted. i wanted something classy but that matches the holidays and she did the perfect mix of the two. kept it simple; not obnoxious. and didn't try swaying my mind to get more money out of me like most nail places do. she took her time and did a great job but didn't keep me any longer than a hour to put a full set on. reasonable prices for the beautiful work done. very clean & respectful staff aswell. definitely recommend. read more

Sometimes I get a good thorough mani-pedi, other times it's very rushed and a little sloppy. Wish it were more consistent. Some of the technicians are fantastic. Last time It was extremely rushed, hardly any filing, rough edges, mani was very lackluster. They could do a little cleaning up in there too. Still in a pinch it's a close place to get your nails done. I'd say you get what you pay for, but their prices aren't that cheap. read more

This was my go to place however the past few times haven't been such good experiences. Last time I went in, I picked a color and was sent to have a seat at station one. I took my nail polish off as usual and waited for the nail tech. Two other women walked in after me the first was taken back by another tech and the other was sitting in the waiting area. My nail tech walks in and starts talking to the girl in the waiting area and then came over and told me I would have to move and wait for another nail tech to be finished and had that girl sit down with no explanation or even an apology. If I didn't have a few other bad experiences there (like the time the girl had earbuds in watching a YouTube video while doing my nails) I might not have walked out and decided to not go back. read more
