The drivers are lazy they do not read the addresses they drop my packages just anywhere I had a laptop I bought from a store over $1500.00 laptop they delivered it to someone else's house the people kept it did not return it to the store nor tried to deliver it to me FedEx did nothing about i had to call the store and let them know if this was the first time I could understand it but they do this all the time I have to go to the house that is vacant mind you and get my packages off the porch or out of the open garage. 2. James played around with it for a good while trying to get it printed more crisp or in a different size, and was unsuccessful, due to the program that was used to create the file. He also gave me some suggestions as far as what I can try, since we weren't able to get it printed at a high quality. They have been super patient and kind with me.
