I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.

Assaf will come and measure each window and make recommendations. He has found many errors in the plan and had them corrected by calling the architect and verifying. On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.
