It has been 4 months and still no doors. I've called multiple times asking for a call back and no one calls me back. One dispatcher or c.s. Rep even said I see you've called weekly yet no urgency has been expressed. I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.

Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He told me our home was one of the oldest he's worked on, and the walls were very different from newer builds. Assaf will come and measure each window and make recommendations. He has found many errors in the plan and had them corrected by calling the architect and verifying. On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. This found mistake eliminated 8 windows with a huge savings that would have had to been covered up after the fact. Assaf cares about his projects and clients.
