They will charge you for coming out and doing more damage to your car. They don't know how to fix anything and will not give you a refund after ruining your car. They break things They don't know how to fix. Highly suggest finding a different mechanic than throwing away money at this one.

Would not recommend. I purchased a starter and had this company come out to replace. They claim…read morethat they recommended at my appointment a diagnostic to my partner which was not true. They only offered a diagnostic after they replaced the starter and stated it was the battery. When they finished the replacement they told us to replace the battery, which we did, but the car continued to not turn over after multiple attempts. My partner took the car to another mechanic in town to see what else could be wrong. Mechanic in town stated that whoever put the starter in put it in incorrectly, they cross threaded the starter, and now the part is no longer useful. When I reached out to the company for a refund regarding the service they kept stating they offered a diagnostic, which again was not true, and they blamed the part and not the individual preforming the service. They basically only offered to charge me more for coming out again to check their own work, only offering to waive appointment fee. Again I would not recommend this company

If we were told the truth prior to us dropping off our vehicle, we would have taken our hard earned money elsewhere. They made it seem like it was a 5%-10% discount when we spoke to them. I did not have an opportunity to do a shakedown between repairs and the trip. Around Fayetteville a chirping noise started coming from the engine compartment. Driving fine, gauges all look good. Over time the chirp turns into what sounds like bearing noise. Start thinking water pump. Traveling with my wife , a new rescue dog and all the rest (gifts etc). I decide I'm getting as close to family as possible before it quits. Truck continues to do fine despite this squeal. We make it to Lugoff late Christmas Eve. Truck running fine but that water pump has to be junk by now. Today talked with a very pleasant person at Randy's who said we could drop it off anytime. Truck is at Randy's a little before noon. Less than 90 minutes later I get a text the truck is ready and the bill is $40. Seems the tech that did the work at home did not route the new serpentine belt correctly. I called right away and spoke again with the same person. I was told the issue was as messaged and the bill was $40. I asked who did the work and if I could leave a tip for them. I was told Mr. Randy did the work himself. I insisted I be charged $100 and happily shared my billing details. They could have very easily told me I needed a new water pump as I suspected but instead did the right thing. A new and grateful customer. Thanks again.
