Response times are horrendous. They are internally confused not able to keep policies straight. They are not proactive with their customers (how can they be if they cannot even be responsive). They are unprofessional and make their customers feel as though they are only a number (and I have half a dozen different policies with them so they ought to know my name). Their overall service is SUB-PAR. So enough is enough. I'm switching to another agent who, hopefully, will provide excellent, reliable, professional A+ service.

Jeff Hoffman not only didn't help me or return my calls, he was rude and completely incompetent. He didn't know how to answer simple questions about a policy that was written by his office! I called with a very basic question. Again, regarding an existing policy that his office provided. My brain hurt after talking to him twice a few months ago, and yesterday. He never called me back, as he promised. So today I called another insurance company and I was helped and got what I needed from an agent within a few minutes.
