I am a rental manager and have been dealing with numerous painters on an ongoing basis for a very long time and could write a book about the horror experiences I've encountered. Grant is a one-man painter who doesn't hire hit-or-miss people off the street to do the painting. He does it ALL himself and he is absolutely meticulous. My last tenant left nails, hooks and glue on all the walls-plus they had smoke on them. I don't know how Grant did it but the entire house is perfect now. I'll also add Grant is totally honest and trustworthy and can be left alone in a house with valuables.
