Amazing - and such a popular deal the parking lot was full, the shopping carts all being used, and the line for checkout (and 7 agents to help) was full the whole time! The prices are fair or awesome, depending on the item, and many MANY a gem can be found. Ok ok, then why 4 stars? Downside - No Changing Rooms and maybe 4 mirrors in the entire place. So, get creative, do what I do, wear tight leggings and a strappy tight top so you can try literally everything on over your clothes. Second down side, I see no "go back racks" so now and then you'll find clumps of discarded hopefuls from someone's pile or cart and they need to get moved back to their homes. But, silver lining on these small clouds - RETURN POLICY! You have 2 weeks to try your stuff on at home and if it didn't fit just right, bring it back With Tags On and your receipt and you can Exchange your item for another of same price! KJ helped the woman that was there before me then didn't help me but then proceeded to help a man that was there after me and told me "you're going to have to wait" while he ran the register. I stood there like 5-10 minutes and he only helped me get some stuff out of one of the counters and I asked him to get something for me out of one of the other counters and he ignored me then went back to the register so I gave up and only got half of what I wanted. He then told me ask someone else so I didn't get the earrings I wanted. Bad customer service need better management.

Regardless of what you're into for collectibles, you'll probably find it here. It's is packed with different vendors and collectibles of all kinds. There were also a ton of sales going on. The main reason for the sales though, that I could see, was that the price point here is much higher for similar items you could find at other vintage shops. Staff very friendly and informative, clean, packed with great stuff, just a high price point keeps this place from being stellar. I visit this location fairly regularly both to make donations as well as quickly browse around the…read morestore. This location was one of my go-to stops while building my home and trying to decorate it, inexpensively. Being in the Fruit Cove area, it sometimes has some amazing treasures to be found! One can recognize the effort to keep items organized in each 'room' of the store. Some of the rooms change with the seasons, but also with the amount of merchandise on hand for the purpose of said room ( office, electronics, home decor, kitchen, etc.) This particular location seems to have more home care/decor items/electronics than it does clothing items. I have two serious complaints about this particular location. I'm not sure what can be done about their drop off location behind the store. There is ALWAYS a sign stating that the drop off is closed, yet it has piles of items that have been dropped off and not attended to! There is nearly ALWAYS a stack of well-worn furniture that was unacceptable to sell that is awaiting pick up by sanitation services. And the second is that in the NUMEROUS years I've been visiting this location ... their restroom has NEVER been open to the public. I would think this is some sort of code violation, but I don't know for sure. However, it does make for a problem when one brings a child into the store or needs facilities quickly, themselves.
