I visit this location fairly regularly both to make donations as well as quickly browse around the…read morestore. This location was one of my go-to stops while building my home and trying to decorate it, inexpensively. Being in the Fruit Cove area, it sometimes has some amazing treasures to be found! One can recognize the effort to keep items organized in each 'room' of the store. Some of the rooms change with the seasons, but also with the amount of merchandise on hand for the purpose of said room ( office, electronics, home decor, kitchen, etc.) This particular location seems to have more home care/decor items/electronics than it does clothing items. I have two serious complaints about this particular location. I'm not sure what can be done about their drop off location behind the store. There is ALWAYS a sign stating that the drop off is closed, yet it has piles of items that have been dropped off and not attended to! There is nearly ALWAYS a stack of well-worn furniture that was unacceptable to sell that is awaiting pick up by sanitation services. And the second is that in the NUMEROUS years I've been visiting this location ... their restroom has NEVER been open to the public. I would think this is some sort of code violation, but I don't know for sure. However, it does make for a problem when one brings a child into the store or needs facilities quickly, themselves.

The donation drop-off area is convenient and easy to use since you can pull your car right up to it. One thing to be aware of: donations are not accepted at the front entrance. You'll need to drive around to the designated drop-off area in the back to unload your items. That's probably the only thing first-time visitors should know. They also have a great selection of books and DVDs, making it a fun place to explore.

This is the closest thrift to my house so it is always on my list when I have a rare Saturday from…read morework. Books are in the back left stacked to the ceiling. Merchandise is jumbled and mostly clothes and kitchenware. Furniture is constantly changing from whole house pick ups to single donations. Just keep coming back as they have regulars stopping by often. You never know what will appear for sale.

They were one of the neatest and cleanest thrift stores I have ever been to, and I go to a lot of thrift stores. I was out this way buying a beach cruiser from a woman and happened to be early. I saw this huge sign that is very visible from the street(St. Augustine Road), so I turned in and took a quick tour of the store. I will make a point to go back that way often, to shop at this wonderful thrift store with a "cause". Thank you for helping and homing these women. Great job! But over the past…read moreyear they have upped their prices so much, and the store is so crowded, you can barely walk through the store. They basically have antique store prices, definitely not thrift store prices. They also have stopped taking donations at times because they're so full. But it's because their prices are too high and nothing sells. Their employees are always kind, but they're always severely understaffed and half the time they can't answer your questions because they always need to call the owner first. This applies to BOTH locations. I would buy so much more from them if they had fair prices, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
