After 9 vet visits over 10 weeks with two other vets, he still had an ear infection. He needed further treatment but now he doesn't want to get out if the car to go into the office. In addition we discovered he has dog reactivity issues as well. The Dr. and the staff were awesome. They developed a plan to manage his anxiety. We were able to get him in the office and into a treatment room set up like a living room- couch and all. I was able to obtain the necessary treatment and work towards managing his problem behaviors in a positive way. THANK YOU Dr. Caldwell and thanks to your wonderful staff.

It was all I could do not to gag. When I went into the kennel area, it looked clean and didn't smell as bad as the front desk area. While there needs to be an extreme make-over to the facility and some serious organization, our pets seemed fine at pick up. The price is very economical so if that is what is important to you, go for it. Our dogs are used to a nicer/cleaner environment so we will not be returning.
