After getting a bill for over $1100 the noise was the same and I was told my car was 'out of alignment.' The bill stated: "Services Completed" and listed Vehicle serviced, Alighnment checked and Four Wheel Alignment performed" I've been driving for over 40 years and know when the car pulls left or right or is out of alignment. The noise was very noticeable so there is no chance they took it for a test drive. I have 4 children, work two jobs and my wife works so I can't take a whole day off. My time is valuable. I've been using this place for 15 years but there seems to be new workers in the shop and at the front desk. My wife wanted me to take it back but finding another day off was impossible and after a few weeks went by why bother taking it back to the place that didn't fix it? I took it to another place and described the noise and the mechanic took it for a test drive, examined it andit was the stabilizer links on both front wheels. $60 each and with labor $120 my car drives like a new car.
