this place is recommended by a friend of mine... he said they are honest and they will tell you if you need anything fix, and if it's not time to fix, they will tell you... so I bought my car in to have them check on my brake... and he told me that I definitely need to get it fix!! unfortunately they will have to order my parts, and it may take a while... knowing that I only have that day off and it will be difficult for me to come back on another day... he call another store, try to get the part for me for a later time, squeeze me in so I can have the brake fix that same day!! Even I have to drive back to the store and sit there and wait, but everything is done within the hour!!! I also observe that everyone that walk in to the door know every one who work inside!! they are very friendly, very courteous... and they take care of everyone like they know them for ages!!! Last year, my car didn't start during the heavy rains we had. So I got it towed to an unnamed chain auto body place, and waited for 2 weeks to no avail. I gave up and got my car towed to ADS. Recently had a bearing seize up on my boat trailer and limped into ADS Automotive as it was the closest repair shop to our location. Frank went out of his way to help us get back on the road. Frank bought the business a few years later and continued the integrity and honesty of the business. I've NEVER been disappointed in their services. There are no hidden costs and tell you upfront what the issues may be with your vehicle. They are flexible and prioritize customer service. Seriously, ALL businesses should be run this way. Frank has expanded a bit and can't speak with every customer personally. It's obvious ADS Automotive's stellar reputation precedes them. You can't do better that ADS. I began using them about 28 years ago when it was DMZ and Dan was in charge. About 10 or 12 years ago it became ADS and Frank took over. I am happy to report that the car care is still as excellent with ADS as it had been with DMZ and I remain a very satisfied customer even with the name change. The staff is easy to communicate with, diagnoses your car problem appropriately, describes complex problems in easy terms, lets you know your options, and then does what is needed to fix your car and get you rolling again.
