We had to call them to and ask about the part. The dryer is doing the very same thing it was doing prior to their visits. Does not dry clothing. Scheduled a third appointment. Appointment was to occur from noon -5pm. Called them at 4:30 and now they are saying they will not come out because we were not home. We have been here all day. They did not fix the dryer on first visit or second visit and third visit they were a no show. The other problems is the LOWES protection plan. They only have one provider in the area. Does this mean they will bill for 4 visits? Fraud.

I contacted American Appliance Repair Corpus for of my whirlpool icemaker. They sent two men out…read moreand said they could service it and make it work. it worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped working. I contacted them and they ordered a new icemaker and sent me a written quote for its installation. I also had to pay $169 upfront for the icemaker. One hour before they were to arrive, they called and said they had made a mistake and it wasn't going to be a $50 install but a $225 install. Of that amount it had to be paid before they would install it. this is after we had already paid them over $200 to service the existing icemaker. We debated the issue and they would not change their mind. One of the technicians hung his over our bar top and mysteriously my 45 year pin for the Masonic Lodge, a commemorative pocket knife, came up missing. The knife stays in the exact same place every time it is not in use The technicians left after they demanded that we pay cash only. The technicians left the new icemaker and we had a reputable company come out yesterday and said the unit had not been serviced correctly and that there was a burned connector which should have been easily noticed if it had been serviced properly We have left multiple messages for the American Appliance Repair to call us back, but they have failed to do so I would not recommend this company to anyone they advertise this company as a Christian philosophy, but that is far from the truth

The ducts were installed in the 1950's for only heat. At some point cool air from air conditioner was added. The technician suggested replacing the old tin ducts with a newer material. The suggestion saved money. The day was agreed to start. The Henderson crew arrived early and worked into the early evening. They were able to complete all they could do that day. The vents were changing from circular vents to reticular. To complete the job the sheet rock person had to remove sheet rock. A few days later when the sheet rock was removed Henderson returned to complete anchoring the reticular vents. All Was Professionally: 1. The Technician 2. The Bid Was Explained 3.
