Was the worst dealership i ever worked for and the last. Owner Jay Brichke would have them buy the junkiest cars and the monthly payments were ridiculous. He lost 2 Kia dealerships due to a class action lawsuit because he was overcharging on EVERYTHING! This dealership also used to be a JD Byrider franchise (when i worked there) but he lost that name too! I wonder why? lol So our customers would come in, based on their credit he would have the manager give us a list of only 3 cars they qualify for. Usually the nicer looking cars had mechanical issues but i always talked with the mechanics so i knew what were the better cars so i could put my customers in the most reliable vehicle. Then he screws me out of several deals and 2k. When i confronted the manager about it he called the owner Jay Brichke and his response was tell him to pack his desk and leave. I said not until i get my money and police responded (already had my desk packed). When they arrived I let them know the owner screwed me out of 2k from sales i made and wanted them to put that in the report before i left. I bought a car from this dealership in December, its February and i still dont have tags. The temporary tags are long expired and everytime I call the dealership i get a run around.. They sound unbothered and simply does not care at all.. They said they can't extend my plate or give me any proof my tags are been processed. I went to DMV to see if theres a way i can get proof that my tags were been processed? There's nothing been processed for the car To make maters worse they sent me an email to show the cops if i get pulled over for driving with expired tags. Guess what happened when i got pulled over, the officer could not find my tags in the system. Thankfully he told me to go home and park the car and recommended i take an uber or get ride How do i go to work? Why do i gotta go through this and i paid for this service and is making payments on the car This is ridiculous If i could give this place 0 stars i would.. Don't buy from here. Awful service. Most of the 5 star reviews you see here are probably fake. 1.The sold me a dirty car and it took MONTHS of them chasing me for them to detail it. 2.I bought the car in July and didn't get plates from them until JANUARY. They said it was due to DMV delays. My girlfriend bought a car at around the same time from somewhere else and got her plates in 2 weeks. 3. None of the staff were wearing masks 4. The plastic on the front bumper of the car fell off as I was driving it home the day I bought it. The car also has other various minor issues that were not brought up by the salesperson. I waited until after I received my plates to post this review so I never have to deal with them again. If you need a car get it from anywhere else. This place does not care about it's customers at all and will ghost you after they close the sale. read more

I bought my car March 2020 from PTG365 Automotives (a 3rd party company) who bought it from JAB Automotive. I told both parties I wanted to return the car. Not only do I still have the car because neither party has showed any professionalism, I still DO NOT HAVE MY PLATES OR REGISTRATION. It is now February 2021. I got the run around because of COVID. I purchased my car August 2020 & didnt receive my plates & registration until June 2021. When my car was towed due to having an expired temp tag the dealership never reimbursed me the costs to get my car back. Every week there was some type of issue or run around... it was pathetic. It got to a point where they were screening my calls & wouldnt answer the phone. What a nightmare this process was. I was promised they would provide the remote key to my car , of course they never did ... i was stuck using a valet key. This dealership is a FRAUD. My temporary registration and plates expired 2 weeks ago and NO ONE knows or puts any effort to find out why. All I need is an answer like "The application been rejected" or "We forgot to file the application" or "It got lost in mail"... something!!!! But instead I get "I don't know, I don't know" as if I'm speaking to a damn pigeon who only knows a phrase. The chick that "does motor vehicle paperwork" is clueless and rude. At this point I've been trying to talk to someone in charge, but they are always busy to answer my calls or call me back. Since I started, there are a few other things that I should mention. 1.The Chrysler they sold me had torn tire belts on 3 tires. 2. The plastic cover under the engine was hanging loose and they promised to fix it, but every time I came they just blew me off... saying that the guy who promised isn't here, so I had to fix it myself 3.When I signed the contract, the guy said I got 3 year warranty, but I could only pick it up in a couple days (which is strange)... It took me 3 times going there until someone finally gave me the warranty, but then I realized it was a 2 year warranty, not 3 like I was told. No matter what, DO NOT go to Jab Automotive. They are the most inconsiderate, rude, ignorant and incompetent dealership I have ever seen or heard of. read more

He's a true salesperson being blessed with the gift of gab, but he was very knowledgeable and respectful. Even after I took ownership of the car. The vehicle I bought is great; no problems at all. I traded in my car and bought a used vehicle from scam artists. Like everyone else it's been two months no registration. Also keep receiving bank statements from the bank on the trade in vehicle. Well the way I look at it they stole my trade in. The good thing about all this is that legally I still own the vehicle. I'm glad I kept the other set of keys so when I get the ok I will be taken my car back. I do feel sorry for the people who bought it because if they have a loan on the car they will never see the title because my bank has it. Very simple stay away!!!! It used to be a JB Byrider! I went there when it was JB Byrider and they tried to sell me a Ford Focus in 2016 and the car was a 2003 model!!!! The name of the location now I believe is the name of the bank they use to run credit reports!!! I was looking at my credit report after I bought a new car from another dealership a few days ago and saw it was still on my report but dropped off the next day since it was shedulled to come off!!!! Do not even show up to this dealership. My wife paid an extra $1,500 to assure that her car would be in working condition coming off the lot. Car had to be returned a couple of times and their mechanics could not fix it. Finally took it to Midas where they fixed it for $500. Try getting in touch with JAB's management but they did nothing to help us. read more

This place is the worst. Purchased a car end of November and still haven't received plates. Why is this taking 2.5 months?? Call weekly for a status and given the run around. Told to email the person that handles DMV (Alexis) and get no response. Pulled over 3 times and even though Police have been so kind to let me go, its only a matter of time that the car will be towed. How will I get to work then?
