I got to my destination at Austin and my luggage was no where to be found I went to the Southwest Customer luggage service and the lady was so damn helpful, she was able to locate my bag, start a request to bring my bag to the Austin airport. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to help me get my bag. Moral of the store the customer service in Baltimore is terrible/unfriendly/not helpful whatsoever. Please train your employees on customer service and actually doing their job instead of "there's nothing we can do for you" for every single thing.
