It was so late that we almost completely missed the welcome party that was planned for our group. The bus that finally arrived was a 20-year-old beater. The transmission was bad, the alignment and suspension were shot, and the bathroom door did not latch. The suspension was so severely degraded that it audibly bottomed out on road bumps, causing motion sickness among multiple passengers. The transmission could not maintain speed on inclines, making the journey slow and stressful for everyone on board. The windshield wipers were so worn they could barely clear rain from the windshield (a serious safety hazard). Overhead storage bins would not latch, risking items falling on passengers, and the lighting inside most of them did not work. The spare tires were stored in a luggage compartment and had dangerously little tread remaining. We paid for what we were promised would be a newer luxury coach with ample luggage space and modern amenities. Instead, we got an old bus with no electrical outlets, damaged seat upholstery, and a bathroom that reeked before a single passenger had even used it. They sent us a vehicle that should not be in passenger service. When we sought a refund, we were bounced between the broker, Rally/OurBus and All Aboard Express, and now neither company will return our calls. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!

A mechanic finally showed up to "FIX" the problem with the belt , well the same belt in question popped again about 1/2 later, when it started raining outside, it started raining inside that was the 4th red flag for me . On the way The bus driver set up for another bus to come pick us up in Virginia , which meant we had to transfer all our luggage from one bus up the next. You can bring food and drinks on the boat though they do have a bar full of options to choose from if you want a beer or cocktails. No food options to purchase on the boat. Everyone was nice and my son even was able to take the wheel for a while. A positive was that we were able to jump on the boat with no reservation. There are 4 large booth tables and plenty of other folding chairs and tables to relax by. They have a bathroom on board the ship with its very own window. We literally had a very ignorant bus driver who didn't care about our safety at all. The safety hatch was recently replaced on this bus and it came loose due to vibrations and unhinged. While we were off the bus for 4 hours in the City he must of had an issue with it. He rigged a temporary fix of duct tape and a coat hanger. He proceeded to tell the bus own and the girl Crystal running the tour that we tried to open hatch before we arrived to New York. It was on the ceiling of the bus so unless we were spider monkeys how in the hell did we do that? We all are also a little over 5 foot tall. The tour bus girl accused us in front of whole bus not once but 3 times. I then put her quickly in her place. She then exited bus and asked others if anyone witnessed us trying to open it? We are grown women, emergency doors are not to be opened. We aren't morons. Then once she realized the driver was covering his own ass wanted to apologize. Tooooo late! With Christmas music blaring (note: wanted us to alert about hatch) how was he going to hear over music? He claimed radio didn't work at beginning of ride. 2 mins down highway Emergency door flies up and off into whatever was behind us on the higway. He drove a good ten minutes before pulling over. Not to mention no worry of who was hit with this hatch door. Also no worry of the coat hanger hitting one of us when the door flew up. The bathroom had no light, toilet wouldn't flush without us dumping water into it. The heat on the bus was a major issue. Several people were uncomfortable and he didn't seem to care. He then switched to the floor baseboards and it was so hot many complained of their feet feeling like they were gonna catch fire or our bags. He also after pulling over made us all ride in complete cold like he was punishing us. Once he pulled over Crystal got on bus to tell us they were sending another bus but had to ride to Wilmington to catch it. Hour and half away. We were made to feel like criminals as he basically suggested us being moved to another bus. He drove other passengers an hour and a half away with the emergency hatch gone. He claims he has drove a bus for 50 years. I recommend retirement and a customer service course. Do not ever use EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION! The driver Mike is a sexist, racist a@@hole! From the very first conversation I knew it was different. Out of everyone I spoke to, Jonce stood out as professional, straightforward, reasonable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to make me feel completely at ease about renting a party bus for my daughter's high school prom. As any parent knows, organizing a party bus for a group of teenagers is no small feat -- and our booking did not go without its challenges through no fault of his own. I genuinely have no idea how this company has any decent reviews. We had a reservation until…read more12:30am. From 12-12:30am our driver was completely MIA and totally unresponsive. When we finally got ahold of him, almost 10 full minutes AFTER our reservation was over (which I was only able to do after leaving the venue to call him), we agreed to extend our time (not that we had a choice at that point) for a total of $165. We were off the bus by 1:40am (for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes extra time). The next day, the company had charged us $247 (for 1.5 hours), despite our agreement on the cost, and despite us only going over by 10 mins (again, not entirely by choice). When I reached out to the company and explained that we agreed to $165 (again, only bc we were left with no real option), they were completely unhelpful and threatened small claims court if I disputed the charge with my credit card company (LOL). I'm sure there are other reputable car companies in this area, I'd look elsewhere. This level of utter unprofessionalism over $82 is a joke. Update: "Entire charge" in this instance meant the $247 extra I was charged, rather than the $165 I had agreed to (which was explicitly clear in my texts where I say I am only taking issue with being charged an extra 30 minutes for what was only an extra 10 minutes after being FORCED to extend our time). You would have known that had you bothered to ~even attempt~ a professional resolution (eg, perhaps a single question or a hint of an apology) instead of being immediately hostile and asinine---the below excuse seems like a lame attempt at pretending your response wasn't totally unreasonable (which it was). My review is accurate in all respects, including the timing. Being a "small business" doesn't excuse shoddy customer service and scam-y business practices.

Thank you Charles (driver), Jacob (owner) and David (dispatch/coordinator). From the initial on-line contact to get a price quote there was a response from Jacob by email within thirty minutes requesting more detail about pick up/drop off locations, time and number of passengers. The communication was excellent (from beginning to end) and the responsiveness was very impressive. Our superb driver Charles arrived about an hour early (which was great as many of the 14 adults using the Sprinter Van transportation had already arrived). The driver was caring, responsive, generous and had the Sprinter Van A/C cranked up and the van spotless inside and out. The driver's kindness and driving skills was remarkable in all of the passenger's opinion. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Our HS children used another transportation service (booked prior to the adults deciding to use transportation as well). There service was horrible. He was thirty minutes late for pick up, the Party Bus had no air conditioning (it was 90 some degrees for the one hour ride), had no working speakers, driver smelled of marijuana, drove erratically and did little to in regards to service. When we heard about this we terminated their service after the 1 hour of the 6 hours booked for the evening. Our driver Charles of Shalom Transportation, upon our request, took immediate action by contacting Jacob who was polite and generous and provided us with an impromptu remedy by providing our children with alternative transportation on the spot and the report from our HS children was that the service and transportation vehicle was excellent. David, Shalom's dispatcher, immediately stepped in to action (thank you) and provided immediate communication by text and our adjusted bill by email. We were pleased with Shalom Transportation LLC's communication, service and price and would use them again.
