Westampton stop was convenient with parking access to the stop from 295, 541, NJ TURNPIKE. Besides NJ TURNPIKE was literally RIGHT THERE to go either North or South for the busses. If you were smart you would have moved Flix to that location or better yet left Greyhound on Route 73 in Mount Laurelvwhere it was in the first place!

I am here to hopefully help people here avoid the same terrible experience. I've never taken Greyhound before. I live in New York and as I am in university in Baltimore MD, the idea of traveling by bus was appetizing as the tickets weren't too expensive. So I bought a round trip ticket to come home for thanksgiving. I regret using this service with every fiber of my being. The trip back home was beyond disappointing. I spent extra money on an Uber to get to my bus stop on time at 9:45am. They didn't let us board until maybe 10:30 or so. When boarding, an older man I was supposed to sit next to took my window seat and refused to move and nobody did anything about it. Our bus driver for this trip was of horrible quality. She pulled over this huge bus on the side of the road and nearly caused traffic and a few accidents. Her excuse was that she had to get her phone charger, which was directly behind her seat. She also announced that she would not be stopping at Newark , which was supposed to be a stop for this bus for a sizable population of the bus. This was the day before thanksgiving, and of course people were upset that they would be in a different state because the bus driver simply did not want to stop. This caused an outrage in the bus and even the man next to me nearly shoved me out of my seat to go get up and plead with the bus driver along with another man to stop the bus because they had to go see their families. A young boy in the seat across from me frantically began to text his mother and panic because he did not have a way to reach her in time for the holiday. We were also supposed to be in New York at 1:05pm. We didn't arrive until 3:40pm, and while my ticket said arrival was at 3:25, I know what time I walked out of that bus. I have no idea how we skipped a stop and still arrived over 2 hours later than we were supposed to. My trip back to Maryland was ALSO delayed because the driver was seemingly nowhere to be found, again. When I asked the information what the holdup was about they lazily said they have no idea where the driver is. They then went on to tell the passengers of two other buses that their buses were also delayed and would not give them any updates. How can a big company like this not have backup driver or something similar? Had this only happened to my bus I may have neglected to comment about it but apparently this is a normal thing for greyhound, which is unprofessional and unethical. I am currently on the way back to Baltimore as I am writing this as well. Our driver just screamed over the speaker at a passenger to turn some kind of light off in a rude tone. She also commented that she has no problem pulling the bus over and could care less because she "gets paid by the hour". My seat is also very small and uncomfortable and is causing me pain. For reference, I am 5'2" and relatively in good shape. We are behind schedule two hours again . I am beyond disgusted with this service and the people that work for this joke of a company, I've never witnessed someone be so flagrantly crude to people who they have never met. I will be using another mode of transportation, even if it costs me triple of what I paid for this service. If you value your time or have things to do, Greyhound is NOT the way to go.

    York lost its Greyhound routes a couple years ago, but thank God they are back…read more This has been a Greyhound station literally my whole life. Once upon a time, it actually was a bus station that you could go inside of and wait for your bus, but that was years ago. Now it's just a bus stop where buses pick up and drop off. You must buy your ticket in advance via phone or online. You will have to wait outside on a bench or in a car until your bus arrives. And there are no bathrooms!

When I got there after driving an hour the kid at the desk said there was an error and told me to come back tomorrow and it would work. causing us to miss the bus. Oh well, drove back an hour to home and another hour the next day, getting there an hour early in case of issue and to grab food/water before the trip. Lo and behold, the same issue occured and we waited with the employee at the desk talking up until the departure of the bus to fix it, and finally get me a ticket as the bus was leaving. We had no time to grab any drinks or food like planned, and the bus smelled like shit. And of course, once arriving at buffalo for our layover, it turned out that the date on the ticket was written incorrectly by the employee at York, and almost caused us our ticket to be invalidated if not for a supervisor stepping in and making it work. The only factors that made me even consider rating above 1 star is the employee at the York station at least making an effort (a failed one) to do his job, and the supervisor fixing the error that was made. You would be better off crawling through rivers of human excrement and used needles to your destination, rather than wasting your money, time, and sanity on this piece of crap service.

It was so late that we almost completely missed the welcome party that was planned for our group. The bus that finally arrived was a 20-year-old beater. The transmission was bad, the alignment and suspension were shot, and the bathroom door did not latch. The suspension was so severely degraded that it audibly bottomed out on road bumps, causing motion sickness among multiple passengers. The transmission could not maintain speed on inclines, making the journey slow and stressful for everyone on board. The windshield wipers were so worn they could barely clear rain from the windshield (a serious safety hazard). Overhead storage bins would not latch, risking items falling on passengers, and the lighting inside most of them did not work. The spare tires were stored in a luggage compartment and had dangerously little tread remaining. We paid for what we were promised would be a newer luxury coach with ample luggage space and modern amenities. Instead, we got an old bus with no electrical outlets, damaged seat upholstery, and a bathroom that reeked before a single passenger had even used it. They sent us a vehicle that should not be in passenger service. When we sought a refund, we were bounced between the broker, Rally/OurBus and All Aboard Express, and now neither company will return our calls. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!

The bus arrived late for pick up and the air conditioning was broken. After the second stop we got a second bus, both for the air conditioning and because the bus had a flat tire when we drove into the parking lot. The next bus didn't have air conditioning and not even blowers were working. The temperature in the bus climbed to 100. The third Bus was driven from the Rohan's bus depot to our location and had not cooled down. We are sitting in another bus that doesn't have air conditioning, no shades for the windows. Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are possible. And we have to ride 5 hours back to Richmond.
